I had a wonderful stay at Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi and truly appreciated the level of service provided by the team. The hotel itself is lovely, and the staff were consistently attentive and professional. I had a small concern regarding my room, and it was handled immediately — they changed the room very quickly without any hesitation, which made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. What I appreciated the most is that they never ignored my feedback; responsiveness really makes a difference. A special mention to the hotel manager, who was extremely kind and thoughtful. While I was sitting in the lobby, it felt quite cold, and when I mentioned it, he personally took action and lowered the air conditioning right away. It may seem like a small gesture, but it truly meant a lot to me. This hotel really knows how to take care of its guests and make them feel comfortable. A big thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant experience.

Beautiful Hotel. The ambience is top-notch. Rooms are beautiful and big. Nice mangrove view from the rooms. Staff is super friendly right from check-in to check-out. The hotel lobby is very pretty. The view from the ground to the top tier of the hotel looks beautiful. Lift is super classy. Restaurants are way too good. Food was delicious; we had breakfast and dinner, which were amazing with variety. Their lounge & bar are superb. The swimming pool is big and well kept—it has a jacuzzi facility as well and a separate pool for kids. Their changing rooms were also amazing with a steam room, which is also good. I had a great time there and will definitely recommend it. Came here in the 1st week of November, 2025, and stayed, I believe, on the 37th floor with a staycation package.

We had a wonderful stay at Dusit Thani, made truly memorable by Dawood at the reception. From the moment we arrived, he was warm, professional, and exceptionally attentive. He truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, and his genuine care and hospitality made us feel very welcomed. Our room had an amazing view, one of the best we’ve experienced, which made our stay even more special. Our son especially enjoyed the bathtub, which was a lovely touch and added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay. However, we were a little disappointed with the service at the breakfast buffet. We ordered coffee from the waiters but it never arrived, even after waiting for quite some time. The coffee line was also very long, and unfortunately, the waiters did not seem helpful or attentive during this time. Overall, Dawood’s outstanding service and the beautiful room made a big difference in our stay.

It was an awesome experience stayed in this hotel. The hotel has this perfect mix of modern style with a hint of local charm, which made it feel super welcoming. The room was really comfortable. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Dilip. S, the housekeeper who cleaned my room daily. He did an amazing job, and it was clear he really cared about making sure everything was perfect. The hotel itself is in a great spot, so it's easy to get around and explore Abu Dhabi. Whether you're here for business or just to chill, Dusit Thani is definitely a solid pick.

Hospitality at Its Finest! We spent four nights at Dusit Thani and it turned out to be one of the most luxurious and comfortable holidays we’ve ever had. From the moment we stepped out of our vehicle until the day we left, the entire team made us feel genuinely cared for. Every staff member we met was warm, helpful and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The interiors are absolutely beautiful — elegant, calming and thoughtfully designed with all necessary amenities in place. Our room and bathroom were spotless and housekeeping did a wonderful job every single day. It was such a pleasure returning to a fresh, peaceful room after being out. We stayed on B&B basis and while the breakfast buffet remained mostly consistent, everything was tasty, with freshly made items at the action stations and a nice selection of beverages (fresh juices, tea, coffee) to choose from. The pool area at night was one of our favourite spots. It’s not a huge pool, but the temperature was perfect and the separate hot tub made it even better — an ideal place to relax and unwind. We’re already counting the days until we can visit Dusit Thani again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, luxury and truly heartfelt hospitality!
