We had an amazing family vacation at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. What impressed us the most was the outstanding service provided by Serdar Baytekin. We had personalized service throughout our stay, and it made our experience absolutely exceptional. A big thank you to the entire team for being so friendly, welcoming, and professional. We would especially like to recognize Serdar Baytekin for his kindness, genuine care, and excellent customer service. He made us feel truly valued and looked after. We came to Crystal Prestige Pearl for 6 nights from June 17th to June 23rd. My wife, 2-year-old daughter, and I arrived here and were immediately greeted with staff that had smiles on their faces and were incredibly respectful as well as helpful. We had reserved one of the poolside rooms and it was incredibly clean. As soon as we arrived we went to dinner and the selection of food was absolutely amazing. From my experience in visiting hotels even though the food looks good The taste isn't always the best but at Crystal Prestige Pearl the taste of the food was absolutely delicious whether it be breakfast, lunch,or dinner. The setup of the pools is absolutely amazing I can't stress enough about the fact that the staff is incredibly helpful very courteous very respectful and is always there to listen to your advice, thoughts, and opinions. There's absolutely no way that you will be bored if you come to this hotel. The water park is amazing they even have a small water park for smaller children. Every night they have great shows not only for adults but also for small kids they have this really really nice Crispy Castle Kid Center where your children up to age 12 can play games do drawings, etc. Every evening at 8:30 they have a great program for children to dance along to. While we were there they had a festival for children which was absolutely awesome. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to come with their family and enjoy great food, amazing staff, very clean rooms, and an overall amazing hotel experience.

I am absolutely thrilled with the massage at this hotel! The massage therapist was very professional and meticulously massaged my entire body, paying attention to every detail. The hotel staff is very kind, welcoming, and helpful, creating a pleasant and cozy atmosphere.The dining options are incredibly diverse, with delicious food suitable for both children and adults. It is a magnificent place for a vacation with kids and for the whole family. Every evening, there are activities for children, as well as shows and dancing for the entire family. The location, nature, and entertainment are wonderful, and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, just like a castle. A wonderful experience that I would definitely love to repeat. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Crystal Prestige was excellent in every way. The hospitality, rooms, reception, and food were all outstanding. The swimming pools and all water areas were exceptionally clean. Everything was perfect. The customer service team was very friendly and helpful, especially Nikolai, who was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend this resort!

We came with high expectations to this hotel because of the reviews here but unfortunately we ended up being disappointed. This is a very honest review, it was our 9th visit to the Antalya region so we had quite enough of other hotels to compare Crystal Prestige to. We paid extra for a so-called pool family room but it turned out it was just a room on the ground floor ressembling a basement, the kids room didn't even have a window ! Anybody had access to our sun lounges,so it didn't feel private at all. The bathroom was so dark, very poor lighting, you couldn't see enough to put make up on. Rooms deffinitely need a renovation, they felt more like those of a 3 star hotel. We even had to change rooms mid-stay because of the air conditioning (which seemed at least 20 years old) malfunction. Then..the main restaurant: food was basically the same everyday, very little offer of meat and only 1 day with seafood ! You can't compare the buffet here to a Delphin or Güral hotel which were top class compared to Crystal's. Honestly, you won't starve but the quality of the food deffinitely not 5 stars. Coffee is absolutely horrible. Then the beach it is with pebbles and some sea shoes would help because it proved very painful to get in the water otherwise, so the beach not impressive either. I would give a good grade only for the pools which are enough and quite clean and for the entertainment where you could see they really strived. Tourists were around 90% russians, 5% turkish and the rest other nations. Very few of the staff spoke english which is a big minus. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this hotel, there are for sure better options at this price.
