I am absolutely thrilled with the massage at this hotel! The massage therapist was very professional and meticulously massaged my entire body, paying attention to every detail. The hotel staff is very kind, welcoming, and helpful, creating a pleasant and cozy atmosphere.The dining options are incredibly diverse, with delicious food suitable for both children and adults. It is a magnificent place for a vacation with kids and for the whole family. Every evening, there are activities for children, as well as shows and dancing for the entire family. The location, nature, and entertainment are wonderful, and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, just like a castle. A wonderful experience that I would definitely love to repeat. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Everything was very good. We had so much great time. And all the bar was serving great drinks. Especially the lobby bar was best. There was a guy who name is Muhammet and Canpolat they were best barmens. Everything was clear and good for the family hotels. I will recommend this hotel for everyone who is wanna have great time!

Very Good atmosphere in the hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially Derdar from sunset bar. The food is very good and lots to choose from fresh omelettes every morning in the buffet. The Turkish Ala carte is my favourite, dont go unless your hungry. The snack bara are very good. Special thanks to Gokhan from Guest relations. He was very helpful. I would recommend coming here

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and it provided the perfect environment to relax and unwind. The absolute highlight of our trip was the exceptional seafood restaurant; the fish was incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared, and the overall dining experience was top-notch. Beyond the fantastic food, the entire property offered a wonderful atmosphere with excellent amenities and seamless service from a dedicated team that made us feel welcome throughout our stay. It was a truly memorable getaway, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great comfort and fantastic dining experiences.

The hotel itself is large. And the pools are great. Beach is like most beaches in the med. It's nice facilities etc but a few stones so take beach shoes. Slides were a lot of fun for the family which covered all different age groups. Our young toddler and then child loved it. Our 5 year old would be on them hours a day. They were only open 4 hours a day when we arrived This was some feedback we gave the the guest service team which acted on it and had extended during our stay which was well received. The guest service team approaches you throughout your stay for feedback and give you contact details. I must say I lazily used this just to text to confirm where a restaurant was and opening hours etc but always received response within minutes. I also hurt my leg while at the hotel and was seen by a nurse free of charge within minutes organised by the guest relations team. Cocktails: not done the same in turkey as in Australia and New Zealand given they don't actually drink alcohol much so you need to explain the first few times but after a few days they get it and know your preferences. Turkish spa workers can come across as a bit pushy at times with trying to sell massages etc but I think this could of been due to lower occupancy while we were there. I did book a mixed therapy massage which I have to say was brilliant. The lady from Nepal did amazing and even fixed some problem in my shoulder I didn't even mention. The events at night were well organised and catered to kids and then also adults. We were beach side of the hotel which was surprisingly OK for noise but if you are a super lite sleeper maybe recommend taking the mountain view which is also stunning views. Overall I would recommend the hotel but a special thanks for making the stay more enjoyable was the guest relations team. They made this hotel that much better!
