This was the best luxury hotel experience Ive had in Vegas. The premium feel starts from the moment you pull up to the gated entrance. It continues with a beautiful dedicated lobby and dedicated express elevators. It completes with a wonderful room. The cherry on top is a dedicated pool that was vastly less busy than the main pool areas. Everything is clean and new. Staff was way above and beyond helpful. Views are outstanding given they're on the very top floors (even the city view like we had). Beds were comfortable and the room was gorgeous. We ended up getting dinner to go just to sit by the window / view in the room. Major kudos for the dual function refrigerator - part for the products to sell, part for guest use. Only downside for us was not having enough time in Vegas to enjoy the hotel more as we were just passing through the area on this trip. But we'll absolutely return next time we're in town for a full vacation.

Super luxurious and high-end touches. Beautiful hotel-great rooms!! Nespresso coffee maker in all rooms. Only downside was getting our room, cool enough. It was really warm at night in our room and it would not cool any better. The location is also not convenient at all, but for the Luxury rooms I would trade that. Highly recommend and would go back!

Every stay at Crockfords exceeds our expectations. From the moment you arrive, it's clear that they truly understand what five-star hospitality should be. The accommodations are impeccable, and the in-room amenities are second to none. We especially love the soaking tub—it's the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The in-room dining is consistently exceptional, arriving promptly and beautifully presented, with quality that rivals many fine restaurants. What sets Crockfords apart is the attention to detail and unwavering level of service. Every stay feels effortless, luxurious, and genuinely special. In a world where "five-star" is often overused, Crockfords delivers on that promise every single time. We can't imagine staying anywhere else when we're in Las Vegas.

This is specifically about The Royal Pour tea experience. It’s a great addition to the property but needs some improvements still. On the positive, the food quality is wonderful and the portions are plenty satisfying. There was also good willingness to accommodate dietary restrictions. However, since it’s held in the hotel lobby, the communication and environment are currently lacking. There’s no clear signs or instructions for how to check in for a seating. With me questioning an employee, I was directed to the concierge desk but waited 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge or assist me. Then I’m told to wait again while it’s set up. I also initially received the wrong type of tea for my order. That was quickly fixed. However, the server mentioned she was triple seated at once which caused the mistake. That seems like an easy adjustment for planning. It would also help to have markers or a partition to block off the seats for tea from other lobby visitors. Visitors were asked to leave seats reserved for tea because the reserved signs I saw earlier in the afternoon were not repeatedly used. I think the price is reasonable especially for Vegas, but it still needs some modifications to be it’s best.

The entire experience staying here was amazing. The property itself is beautiful and the lobby is stunning. We received an upgrade and the room was awesome. Service is flawless across the board. Every single employee we interacted with was helpful and friendly. A huge standout was Selena at check-in, who handled a small line impeccably and made us feel like we were the only people there. Being connected to the rest of the Resorts World property is a massive plus because of the endless food and drink options, and it was a great surprise to find out you can order room service directly from the quick service spots down in the food court.
