I've stayed at the Crockfords three times now and it remains one of my favorite Las Vegas hotels, if not my favorite. I've had three different styles of rooms and they each have been very fun. The one in my photo is near the Resorts World sign at the top of the building on floor 66 and I just think it's so cool to see the sign through the window!! I tend to come during the off season, so the rooms have been quiet and I rarely run into anyone. The bathrooms are beautiful and each one of the three styles of rooms has been well equipped with a shower and stand alone tub. Their toiletries smell delightful, and the dental kits and manicure kits are appreciated. I love the drapes that can be controlled with a button, and the multitude of lighting options. They even had a section of the mini fridge that can be used for personal use, a rarity in Vegas. Be careful with everything around the mini bar! I love that I can get a credit for food in the casino, and I have stopped by the light snacks that they offer for breakfast and feel there is something for everyone. I've always had excellent service at the front desk, and when I'm not in a hurry I love wandering around and checking out all the artwork. It's stunning. I brought my elderly mom by and she was just so amazed by all the art everywhere. She couldn't believe how beautiful the room and bathroom were. I spend all of my free Hilton nights here and will continue to do so, as I feel like royalty when I come here. The valet team has always been helpful, and the bell team has brought up my suitcases during times when I have heavy bags. I'm a Hilton fan girl overall, and being a Diamond member helps, but I really love this hotel, it's location, and all of the things Resorts World has to offer.

My wife and I stayed at Crockfords for one night while in Vegas and were very happy with our stay. To our delight, we received a complimentary upgrade for our room upon check in. Our room is on a higher floor of the building, well maintained and has a gorgeous view over the strip. We really appreciated the staff's attentiveness during our stay: I forgot to bring our tickets for the concert we were going to. I really appreciated the people working at the lobby during that time (Rebecca the janitor and the associate at the front desk) for assisting me and printing out the form I needed to request my tickets to be reprinted. We also went to the Zouk nightclub after our concert at a hotel nearby. Kaskade killed it as usual. The location of this hotel is very convenient for us. Next time I am in Vegas, Crockfords will definitely be one of my top choices because of the nice room, attentive staff and convenient location.

This was my first stay at Crockfords, and I want to highlight something important: Zach at the front desk made a remarkable difference! After a long flight, my wife and I arrived tired, and Zach was exactly the kind of person you hope to meet at check‑in: calm, welcoming, and genuinely focused on helping guests feel cared for. His attentiveness and effort to get us settled quickly set the tone for our entire stay. (@Crockfords management: Please make sure Zach knows he stands out with his excellent service!) Our room was excellent—spotless, spacious, and with great city views. The high ceilings made it feel like a real retreat. We also loved Alle Lounge 66. The cocktails were great, and Joseph Soul’s live performance added real energy and ambiance to the evening. (@Lounge 66: Joseph is someone worth bringing back as a regular) Overall, we’d absolutely recommend Crockfords. We’ll be returning on future trips to Vegas!

Crockfords was great. Check in process was quick and easy and Edith (front desk) had great demeanor and customer service. The room was excellent. Nice and clean and had all the modern amenities one would ask for. Great experience and will stay here when i want a room on the strip.

It’s a Hilton. Don’t expect a luxurious experience. The food options were great and casino is bright and clean. They boast that Crockfords is an exclusive experience but half of the Crockfords rooms are in a separate area that you have to cross through the other side of the hotel to access. This explains why the gorgeous lobby was empty. We made a last minute decision and came a day early, using our points here thinking that it might ruin our stay at the Wynn… yeah no. To top it off, we came back from dinner and spent an hour in the hallway waiting for maintenance to come change the battery in our door so that we could get in our room. The front desk attendant did stay with us for the entirety of that time but gave a us a parting “have a great evening” and nothing else. Many years ago, I used to teach a Hilton Honors class about how to change a bad experience into an exceptional response. I don’t think he’s ever attended that class. A simple gesture like a bottle of wine or some small accommodation would have saved the day. Instead, I just crossed Crockfords off my list. Tourism is down in Vegas and maybe you can easily blame politics or whatever, BUT MAYBE it’s the service that’s down making people not want to spend their money here.
