I had such a wonderful experience staying at The Crest Resort & Pool Villas. The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful with stunning views, relaxing vibes, clean and such a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The staff truly made the experience feel special because everyone was so kind, accommodating, and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is a little farther from town, but the hotel provides a shuttle bus which was really helpful and made getting around much easier for us during our trip. A special thank you to Nikko, who was pleasantly helpful and patient, even when we got lost and needed assistance. He went out of his way to help us with such a positive attitude, and his hospitality really stood out and made a lasting impression on us. The entire stay felt relaxing, comfortable, and memorable. I would absolutely return if I’m ever back in Phuket and would gladly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a beautiful stay with amazing service.

It was a pleasure staying here everything was so nice and worth wild. The customer service was top tier. Any questions that I had or a need for anything was handled expeditiously. Pairwa, May, & Aya made my stay worth wild. They were also smiling and full of joy when I came. Another young lady that works at Pano was always so sweet and helpful. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Crest Resort & Pool Villas in Phuket — easily one of the best resorts I have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality, comfort, and overall experience were exceptional. The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. A special and heartfelt thank you to Edson, the manager, who went above and beyond to look after us. Due to an unexpected technical fault, our room had to be relocated, but Edson handled the situation with genuine care and professionalism. He was incredibly helpful, made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and ensured we were comfortable throughout our stay. His kindness and excellent customer service truly made a difference and turned an inconvenience into a positive experience. Highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phuket — outstanding service, beautiful property, and staff who genuinely care about their guests.

Definitely want to go back. Such a beautiful place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There's a shuttle service to take you to patong beach as the resort is up on top of a hill with great views. You could stay at the resort and not even leave as the food was great. Room service and eating by the pool. Little activities you could join each day as well as in the evenings they have different dinner plans. Facilities were well looked after. Our room was stunning and had a great view.
