An unforgettable honeymoon experience — truly exceptional Our stay at Constance Prince Maurice ended up being one of the absolute highlights of our honeymoon in Mauritius. From the moment we arrived, the level of hospitality was exceptional. The property itself is stunning — peaceful, elegant, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by incredible scenery. There is a sense of privacy and tranquility throughout the resort that makes it perfect for a honeymoon. What impressed us most, however, was the service. Every member of staff we interacted with was warm, professional, attentive and genuinely caring. Nothing felt forced or scripted. They made us feel looked after throughout our stay and paid attention to the small details that make a luxury hotel experience memorable. The room was beautiful, the surroundings were incredibly relaxing, the food was excellent, and the entire atmosphere of the resort felt refined without being pretentious. We also greatly appreciated the way the Constance team handled our circumstances and took care of us. The professionalism, generosity and genuine concern shown to us completely exceeded our expectations and left a lasting impression. We have stayed in many hotels, but Constance Prince Maurice was genuinely one of the best hospitality experiences we have ever had. It became much more than simply a hotel stay — it became a special part of our honeymoon that we will remember for years. We spent five wonderful, relaxing nights at the Prince Maurice and from arrival to check-out, everything was very professional and welcoming. The entire staff was extremely polite and accommodating—from the gardener to the managers. We spent a lot of time by the relaxation pool (quiet area) and were always well-supplied with water, fresh fruit, and ice. At this point, we would like to thank Vicky and the whole team. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the concierge and reception team, who were always available via WhatsApp and responded within minutes, making communication quick and seamless. They fulfilled every request —thank you so much! The whole hotel is incredibly well-maintained, with great attention to detail, and kept impeccably clean. We can absolutely recommend this hotel. A big thanks to the entire team who made this stay so special.

This is, by far, the best hotel I have ever stayed in. From the second we arrived to the moment we left, the whole experience totally exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly attentive, often providing you with what you needed before you've even noticed you needed it. It felt like they genuinely cared about us and our trip - everyone stopped to say hello and ask how our stay was going so far. They knew us by name, made a real effort to engage in conversation but at the appropriate times and the managers were expert in introducing themselves and checking if our stay could be any better (it couldn't!) Our room was outstanding, we stayed in a suite on stilts which was incredible. It was perfectly clean and serviced every day, not to mention the turndown service every evening. Constance Prince Maurice has great values meaning that housekeeping is not wasteful - bedding is changed every second night or at your request and similarly, towels are only changed when placed in the bath. The view was unbelievable and we felt completely secluded in our own private area of the hotel. The food was delicious, with three restaurants to choose from we were spoiled for choice. Anywhere you eat you get a different view of paradise. Food is also available throughout most of the day, available to order from beach or poolside. Room service is also another fantastic option which is seamless. On a similar note, we ordered a takeaway picnic lunch for our last day as we had to leave before lunch was served. There were so many small gestures that completed the experience. At the beach or pool, staff offered to clean your sunglasses - an unexpected but greatly appreciated touch. On our first day we realised we didn't have mosquito repellent - not a huge problem at Constance Prince Maurice because they fumigate every two days which was very noticeable - but my husband still managed to get bitten. Staff immediately went to get some insect repellent for him to make his stay more comfortable. Similarly, I forgot to apply sun cream before an experience, the manager at the spa gave me some samples of factor 50 to make sure I was safe in the sun. Another thing which might seem small but is actually important to most these days - the wi-fi connection was strong across the entire hotel. No matter where we were, we were connected and the signal was great. There are some staff we want to highlight that really made our trip: Aurore welcomed us to the hotel and she set the bar for the rest of our stay. She was so lovely and personable, she made every effort to settle us into the hotel which is really something after 14 hours of travelling. It was like being welcomed by a friend and we will never forget that. The team at the boathouse were amazing, we went on the sunset Catamaran with Vikram and his colleague who's name I can't remember. They made it so special that both my husband and I were in tears. Nothing was too much to ask, they really took care of us and gave us the highlight of our 10 day stay in Mauritius. We did wine tasting with Vishal who was so knowledgeable, that was an incredible experience which I would recommend to anyone staying at Constance Prince Maurice. We also want to thank Liere in the lobby who went the extra mile to arrange things for us and similarly, Manesh at Le Barqchois who made our last night at Constance Prince Maurice so special. Without doubt, we will be back.

Constance Prince Maurice provided us with the most unforgettable memories for our honeymoon. We stayed there for 3 nights, and everything exceeded our expectations, especially the foods, services, housekeeping, team and concierge team. The room was clean and the daily housekeeping was amazing. They paid attention to the smallest details, making us truly feel the high standard of a Leading Hotel service We communicated through WhatsApp during our stay. Their responses were always fast, and they solved all of our problems. Special thanks to Ari, who kept in touch with us via WhatsApp and even gave us a lovely Africology gift. We truly appreciate it Special thanks to Divesh and Christania — they served us at the restaurant with such warmth and kindness, making our first trip to Mauritius truly special and memorable If you love sports, this is the place to be! They offer golf, tennis, a gym, and water sports. All of the facilities are fantastic :)

This hotel is great. While it might not be the most picturesque beach on the island, that’s perfectly fine. The service and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic, especially the pastries and desserts. I suspect they have a French pastry chef. The Asian restaurant was also excellent. The hotel is very calm. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
