I was impressed with everything at the Conrad - rooms, amenities, food, but most importantly service. They go above and beyond to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. Big thank you to the spa staff for squeezing us in last minute to accommodate our tight schedules. the pool is large, clean, and has beautiful trees surrounding it. I had a short 2 day trip to Phuket planned and was returning to Bangkok after - the hotel even held my luggage for me so I didn’t have to travel with it. Highly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Bangkok!

This hotel is absolutely the best on my list! I and my husband had such a great experience staying here. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The overall service went above and beyond my expectations — everyone was so professional and genuinely helpful. The location is convenient, and they even offer a complimentary shuttle bus to the BTS station, which made getting around Bangkok so easy. The facilities are excellent — a large, well-equipped gym, a relaxing sauna, and a wonderful swimming pool. The complimentary breakfast was amazing, especially considering the price. Everything was high quality and well presented. I also really appreciated their flexible and kind service when I needed a late check-in. My plans changed last minute, and the staff made everything so easy and stress-free. That thoughtful service really made a difference for me. Overall, everything about this hotel was perfect — clean rooms, great amenities, and outstanding service. It’s definitely worth every penny. I highly recommend Conrad Bangkok, and it will be my first and only choice when I return to Bangkok.

Outstanding. The check-in process, amenities, turn-down service, pillow menu, housekeeping, jacuzzi, views, pool service, breakfast (staff and quality), ample water refills, security, coffee selection, etc - everything and everyone was incredible. I was genuinely impressed at all times while in the hotel. I have a special diet and they even offered me a special menu in addition to the abundance of options. If I had to suggest one thing, it would to have maybe one more general local vegetarian options for breakfast (eg vegetarian thai tofu dish or noodle dish etc) but that's a very picky comment because the chefs, breakfast support waiters and greeters, etc were all outstanding. I saw every staff member take so much care (the chef would go from station to station looking for anything to fine-tune, the pancake maker was so kind, the houskeeper kept bringing us water, the front desk was so kind during our check-in, the pool staff member laid out multiple towels, the bartender brought us water when we sat down at the pool, etc etc). I could go on and on. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in and I literally was not disappointed in any way. Bravo!

We came here for a 3 night stay as part of our anniversary celebration. We were given a complimentary upgrade to the highest floor with amazing views of the city. The room was spacious, has everything we need and the most comfy bed ever. Every staff we met were so friendly and always eager to help us. The breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails at the lounge were fabulous with plenty of choices that changes every day. The gym was very well equipped with a nice sauna/steam room. We were pleasantly spoiled during our stay and would definitely return to stay here again!

I had a great time at Conrad Hotel Bangkok. I spent 1,5 weeks there and felt like home since day one. Everyone was so friendly and tried best to make my stay a great experience. The most thankful I am for the breakfast Team with Game, Vivian, Joy, Pream, Amy, Nid, Fay and Man who not just made glutenfree bread but also muffins and pancakes for me! Thank you again for the great service! ☺️ I also liked the nice area around the swimming pool. The very friendly staff provided me with fresh towels all day long and every now and then with some water and Ice cream. The gym is 10/10!
