Considering the consistently kind and attentive service throughout our stay, I hesitate to rate this hotel lower. The breakfast deserves special mention for its excellent variety, including extensive dietary options, and the gym is very well equipped with modern new machines. That said, a few aspects felt below the standard one would expect from a Conrad property. The building itself is rather old, which in many ways adds to its exclusive and professional atmosphere. Unfortunately, some of the bathroom fittings felt outdated and not in line with today’s luxury standards. At breakfast check-in, although we understand the hotel was very busy, the interaction felt somewhat impersonal and rushed. As a Hilton Diamond member, I would have expected a warmer and more attentive welcome. The Executive Lounge is spacious and pleasant overall. However, the evening food selection was slightly disappointing — items such as nachos felt out of place in a lounge of this category. A broader selection of lighter and healthier options would be a welcome improvement. Once again, I would like to emphasize that the service was generally excellent, especially during check-in. In particular, I would like to commend Mr. Boss, who was exceptionally professional, proactive, and genuinely kind. His attitude truly made a difference and represents the high standard of hospitality one hopes to find at a Conrad hotel. I share these comments in the hope that they may help further enhance an otherwise very enjoyable stay. We ultimately chose to cancel our most recent reservation and stay instead at the Hilton resort near Bangkok Airport, as we were looking for a quieter environment. This was a personal preference rather than a reflection of the hotel’s quality. Thank you for the kind service.

Excellent location — close to Sukhumvit’s busy city life, yet at the same time quiet and secluded, and just as close to Lumpini and Benjakitti Park. The hotel is connected to the Four Seasons Mall, which is very convenient. The Executive Lounge offers great views snacks & refreshments, and the Diplomat Bar serves great drinks with live music. As a Hilton Diamond member, I was upgraded for each of my bookings so far to the executive floor, and my request for a certain city view was promptly addressed. Arguably a beautiful property, but it’s really the professional staff that gives the Conrad its reputation. A special thank you to Prikwan, who noticeably went above and beyond, from a warm welcome to any request. Always very attentive, every encounter with a smile, kind and genuinely great service. She is truly an asset to the hotel! I felt very well looked after, which is also why I returned and extended my stay.

Great facilities and services. Warm greetings and smooth check in. The room has nice tough and nice views equipped with everything. The staff are really great everywhere. The gym is spacious and has so many machines. The sauna and steam room are great. The swimming pools are nice. The breakfast has wide variety and good service overall. ( halal food ) The executive lounge has nice selections throughout the day. It was a nice touch they actually brought the food to our room during the cocktail hour since it’s not permitted to have the kids The location is great and connected to small mall having all the essentials.

It is a nice hotel overall and offers good value for money. The rooms and common areas are well maintained, and the breakfast is very good with a wide selection. It can get quite crowded during peak hours, and some tables are placed very close together, but the quality of the food is strong. Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience at The Diplomat Bar inside the hotel. The setting of the bar is pleasant and the drinks were alright, so quite large and decent in quality. We visited because of a happy hour promotion (buy two, pay for one). However, no one explained the specific conditions when we ordered. When we later asked to pay, there was no staff around and we had to walk up to the bar to settle the bill ourselves. Only then were we told that the promotion applied per person — meaning each guest had to order two drinks individually to receive one free. Since we had other plans, staying longer wasn’t an option. The final bill was much higher than expected. This condition should have been clearly communicated upfront. Without that explanation, it feels misleading. Staff did not acknowledge the communication issue and insisted the full amount had to be paid. Later that evening, an attempt was made to resolve the situation by offering vouchers for the next night within a limited two-hour window. As we already had plans, this was not helpful. A bottle of wine at checkout was then suggested and we agreed, which could have resolved the matter. However, at checkout the next day, no one was aware of this arrangement. A manager had to be called, we waited another 15 minutes, and eventually had to leave to catch our taxi. The situation was uncomfortable and poorly coordinated. While the hotel itself is good overall, the handling of this issue by bar staff and management was disappointing and not in line with the standard one would expect from a Conrad property.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We are truly grateful and happy to have stayed at this hotel. From the moment we arrived by taxi, through check-in, and during our entire stay, everything was absolutely excellent. The staff were professional, friendly, and always smiling. The service was top-class, and the cleanliness throughout the whole hotel was superb. You can really feel that they care about their guests and take pride in what they do. I am the type of person who reads every review carefully before booking, and this review is written with complete honesty. If you are traveling to Bangkok, I highly recommend booking this hotel, you will not be disappointed. We stayed in room 1819, and our experience was nothing short of amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
