Top luxury beach resort in Sri Lanka. They are delivering true class through every touch point during the stay. The swimming pools, beach, gardens and the riverside bring that perfect getaway vibe. The rooms were spacious. Easy access to the garden and pool. The food is top class, one of the most scrumptious spread for both dinner and even better for breakfast. The pink hopper and some amazing Sri Lankan curries along with chinese, Indian and western cuisine is out of this world. Great people proving good service by the pool and the restaurants. Check in and check out was smooth. The only problem is the price, I think those booking directly or through online agencies are paying so much higher than those who book via tour operators. Those who book direct don’t seem to get any extra value for the premium we are paying. Some amazing water sports available which you can book with local suppliers on the beach. We also spent some quality time on the beach, one of thr best beach spots in Sri Lanka.

We received a wonderful welcome from Sansala and her colleagues. Denhami gave us a guided tour of the historic hotel and she helped Hasith and the Guest Relations Team take care of us throughout our eleven nights at the hotel. They arranged a trip to Galle for us and made our Golden Wedding Celebration very special with a table arranged with flowers and a chocolate cake . We booked half board . The buffet had a vast choice of tasty dishes. Nothing was too much trouble for the all staff who made our visit so enjoyable. The beach was smooth sand and very clean. Pool attendants were very helpful and the pool at staff were friendly. We had a wonderful holiday and the staff worked as a team throughout the hotel

A beautiful place to stay with excellent service and dedicated staff. Our room attendant Oshada was so friendly and diligent. The executive chefs went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay with a variety of fresh food from a range of cuisines. We participated in a number of their resort activities including a cooking class where we harvested the vegetables from their garden and then learned how to make authentic Sri Lankan curries and rice. The stay at this resort was just perfect as we had been on a tour and needed to relax in luxury.

This was our second visit to Cinnamon Bentota. The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. The food is incredible, the morning buffet is our favorite. the rooms are beautiful and clean, the scenery is stunning. We love it there. A special thanks to Dehami Mina and Prem Samala at the pool bar who made brilliant cocktails, thank you to the service staff who replaced our TV in our room in the blink of an eye, and thank you to Priyantha Da Silva who made every day wonderful by checking on us. Even the general manager Johan and his wife invited us to a free dinner with Italian food as a taste testing evening, it was great!! We also went to a great jewellery store on the premises a wonderful family run business called Ubesiri & Co, we bought some rings and stones. really wonderful people.
