I had a one night stay and i loved it. The food was really good especially the srilankan at the buffet. The rooms were spacious. Staff were friendly and checked on us time to time. I did do a 60 min swedish massage with a head massage for my mum. Gimhani and Nayomi made us feel rekaxed and gave us a good experience. Overall I had a good staycation at Cinnamon Bentota Signature.

This hotel is faultless. The rooms are fantastic, the view is unbeatable, but the thing that makes this place a five star hotel is the staff. They are so professional, attentive and kind. Nandana from the Housekeeping team was particularly great and treats his work like an art. Everyday we come back to our room that is pristine with fresh towels arranged in an artistic way - we had towels modelled as an elephant and towels modelled as a turtle! Cannot recommend enough!

It was our second time at the Cinnamon Bentota Beach, we returned in September 2025 after a wonderful first stay there (in March 2024) and we are so happy we did. This time, we visited for our honeymoon, and it was the perfect romantic getaway. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, the beach and the views. The food was spectacular, we enjoyed the wide variety of choice for breakfast and dinner. The staff at the hotel took great and thoughtful care of us throughout our stay. We will definitely be back. Sameer Lakshah, from the Housekeeping team, left us an amazing goodbye present on the day of our departure (see third photo)!

My 2-night stay at Cinnamon Bentota Beach was exactly what the doctor ordered. I departed my home with multiple stops in Europe and Africa along the way, And Cinnamon Bentota Beach is a welcome site. The resort location and ambience compel you to relax with amazing stroll on the long beach or enjoy the lush green surroundings with the soothing sounds of the Sri Lankan rain. All the onsite restaurants offer international and local mouth-watering flavor of cuisines. Cinnamon Bentota Beach is definitely on my list of ‘must return’ places.

A FANTASTIC stay at Cinammon Bentota Beach. Great service - Harish from front desk stands out as one of the best hotel representatives I’ve seen in Sri Lanka. All the hotels here ask you to write reviews mentioning people by name, but he is the first person who truly truly deserves this! What a kind and professional welcome. Daram at the pool bar and restaurant was also solid. Rooms are lovely. Only thing is the sea view isn’t as advertised - massive trees in the way. This is not worth it. Great food options and wonderful architecture. Rai at the spa was very welcoming and the facilities there are lovely, lots of attention to detail. Massage was okay though.
