Had a really great stay here with my sister’s family! ❤️ The location was amazing, and we were lucky enough to experience almost every kind of weather Sri Lanka has to offer during our stay. 😄 The food was really delicious, and there was such a wide variety. We had a great time trying out everything! A special mention to Sansala and Amanda at the reception. Sansala was very helpful from the moment we arrived and gave us a great introduction to the hotel, which was a really nice start to our stay. Both of them were very friendly, helpful, and supportive throughout. The kids absolutely loved the place and enjoyed every bit of the stay, which made the trip even more special for all of us. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place for a family getaway. We really enjoyed our time here. Thank you so much to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable! ❤️

One of the best hotels in Sri Lanka for sure. The food i think was the winner out of all and probably the best ever that i have tasted in a hotel buffet during a stay. And the consistency across three services were outstanding. Also from the checkin to check out the staff was super friendly and supportive in making our stay memorable as much as possible. Kudos to all the staff, keep up the good work and see you again soon!

Excellent location and excellent service by the staff! They have given is an upgrade for the room, but gave 4 stars because there was a small water leak from the bathroom. I went with my wife and had a wonderful time. All three meals were buffet and there was an excellent and a wide variety of food. Food was delicious. Staff were friendly and accomodating. They attended even to minor details. We went to the spa for additional cost and it was above average. They have sauna, steam room and jacuzzi free of charge when you use spa. There was few local artists who are showcasing their talents and the good thing is that all what they earn goes directly to them without hotel cutting a comission. We bought a nice painting from one of the artists. Hotel staff was very flexible with our requests and it should earn extra points for sure. Pool was clean and spacious and the gardens and ocean access were there

Well, Sri Lankan hotels are the best. And Cinnamon is an amazing hotel chain if you want to be treated wonderful. The architevture is so great, healing and peaceful, being a Bawa hotel. If you want a peaceful retreat, come here! Great hospitality, friendly and smiling staff. Even at the restaurant, they would take away the plates soon after you're done. All of the staff specially including Akeel, Dehami and Amanda were being very friendly and supportive for us. The pool is the most unique pool I've been to! It's carved out of a rock. And it's a collective of many pools. So amazing. It's difficult to find pools like this. We had a great time! ✨️

We recently spent the day at Cinnamon Bentota Beach, and we had a great experience. A special thank you to Omila, the Front Office Manager, for the warm welcome and for showing us around the property. He explained everything we could explore during our visit, which made our experience even better. The property is beautiful and perfect for both a day outing and an overnight stay. What stood out the most was the excellent service. Every staff member was friendly, welcoming, and always had a smile on their face. A special thanks to the restaurant team for their genuine hospitality and great service. We highly recommend Cinnamon Bentota Beach to anyone looking for a relaxing place to visit in the Bentota area. Thank you once again, Omila, and the entire team. We look forward to visiting again!
