I had a wonderful stay (5 nights) at Cinnamon Bentota Beach with my family. It is a fantastic property with breathtaking sea views. The food offers an excellent variety, and the staff are exceptionally helpful, courteous, and always willing to assist. A special thanks to Guest Relation Officer Ms. Meena, who ensured that we had a comfortable and memorable stay. She took great care of all our requirements, making sure everything was attended to promptly and attention to detail. We are also thankful to Ms Dehami and Ms. Pabesara. Their hospitality truly made our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Cinnamon Bentota Beach to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Sri Lanka.

Everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. A special thank you to Amanda, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. Excellent location and excellent service by the staff! They have given is an upgrade for the room, but gave 4 stars because there was a small water leak from the bathroom. I went with my wife and had a wonderful time. All three meals were buffet and there was an excellent and a wide variety of food. Food was delicious. Staff were friendly and accomodating. They attended even to minor details. We went to the spa for additional cost and it was above average. They have sauna, steam room and jacuzzi free of charge when you use spa. There was few local artists who are showcasing their talents and the good thing is that all what they earn goes directly to them without hotel cutting a comission. We bought a nice painting from one of the artists. Hotel staff was very flexible with our requests and it should earn extra points for sure. Pool was clean and spacious and the gardens and ocean access were there

This hotel is an unforgettable experience, from start to end you are treated with respect and love. Every member of staff is friendly, Dehami and the Pool Staff were excellent! We don’t have a single complaint. The beach is amazing and there’s an array of water sports to choose from. We had the best time.

We stayed at Cinnamon Bentota from 29th to 31st May and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food was delicious with a good variety of options, and the facilities were excellent. Thank you to the entire team at Cinnamon Bentota for making our stay memorable. We look forward to visiting again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
