Our stay was truly a lovely and memorable one-night family getaway. We booked two rooms for our family, and the experience was made extra special as the rooms were beautifully decorated in celebration of our anniversary, along with a thoughtful complimentary cake that added a warm personal touch. The children thoroughly enjoyed their time, especially at the swimming pool, beach, and kids’ play area. Although the time felt too short for them to enjoy activities like table tennis and badminton, they still had a wonderful and joyful experience. There was a slight inconvenience as one room was made available shortly after check-in while the other was ready around 3:30pm, which also affected our late check-out request. However, this was outweighed by the overall hospitality and care shown by the staff. A very heartfelt and special appreciation goes to Ms. Rangi, whose kindness, warmth, and genuine care made our arrival experience truly comforting and memorable. She welcomed us with a sincere smile and personally guided us in a way that made us feel genuinely valued and at home. Her thoughtful assistance throughout the check-in process reflected true hospitality at its best. We also sincerely thank Ms. Geethma, whose friendly and graceful manner at checkout left a very positive final impression of our stay. She ensured our departure was smooth, pleasant, and well-coordinated. The room service team was also highly responsive, ensuring all requested amenities were provided promptly. Overall, it was a beautiful stay filled with warmth, comfort, and unforgettable family memories.

I stayed at this property for two nights with my family, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The food was excellent, and the rooms were very clean and well maintained. I would especially like to mention Nalaka from the Housekeeping team. His thoughtful gesture of bringing fresh flowers to our room each morning truly touched us and reflected the genuine warmth and hospitality extended to guests. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay and would highly recommend this property. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable.

Had a wonderful experience. The food was very good, with a great variety of options and excellent quality throughout my stay. What stood out the most was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to the Noodles restaurant team. Nethimi, Dulimini, and Sulara provided outstanding service and made our dining experience truly memorable. They were friendly, attentive, and ensured everything was perfect. Also, Lakshitha did an excellent job with the room. It was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would happily recommend Cinnamon Bey to anyone visiting Sri Lanka. I look forward to returning.

A very nice hotel with friendly staff. Location is good albeit the beach immediate outside isn't as good as the one 200 yards away on the left as ypu enter the beach. Room cleanliness was excellent and our room attendant Rangana was very helpful. Laundry service was also very efficient and provided at a reasonable cost

Every team member was friendly, supportive, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and happy. We were also touched by the wonder anniversary surprise arranged by the hotel. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our special day even more memorable and meaningful. Small details like this truly show how much the hotel cares about its guests. The location is simply amazing , peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The infinity pool was breathtaking, with stunning views and a calm atmosphere that made it difficult to leave. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The overall experience was beyond amazing, combining excellent hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and outstanding service.
