My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. All the staff were respectful and highly professional. The food was excellent and varied, and the room was clean and comfortable. Thank you for the outstanding service. I especially want to thank Chef Nishantha; he was a fantastic man and gave us a thorough explanation of some of the dishes. I also want to thank the room attendant, Nalaka, who was very kind.

We had a wonderful stay at Cinnamon Bey Beruwala and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The location is beautiful, especially if you're looking for a relaxing beach holiday. The ocean views are stunning, and one of the things we loved most was the direct beach access. The beach felt very safe and clean, making it perfect for spending time by the water and enjoying the waves. The food was definitely one of the biggest highlights of our stay. The buffet had an excellent variety, and everything we tried was fresh and delicious. The live cooking stations were outstanding and easily among the best we've experienced at any hotel. Every meal was something we looked forward to. The swimming pool was another favorite. It's spacious, clean, and a great place to relax throughout the day. The hotel also has good amenities, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help whenever we needed anything. If I had one small suggestion, it would be that some of the rooms are starting to show their age and could benefit from a refresh. However, they were still comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, so it didn't take away from our overall experience. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend Cinnamon Bey Beruwala to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway with excellent food, great facilities, and warm hospitality. We'd definitely love to visit again!

It was a fabulous stay at Cinnamon Bey Beruwala! I truly loved watching the breathtaking sunset during my stay. A special thank to Manager Shawn, the restaurant staff Dulan and Savinda, the Executive Chef, and the entire kitchen team for their warm hospitality and excellent service. I absolutely loved the Indian paneer, and the pickle it brought back memories of my days in India. The food was delicious, and every member of the staff was polite, helpful , and attentive. Our stay was truly a lovely and memorable one-night family getaway. We booked two rooms for our family, and the experience was made extra special as the rooms were beautifully decorated in celebration of our anniversary, along with a thoughtful complimentary cake that added a warm personal touch. The children thoroughly enjoyed their time, especially at the swimming pool, beach, and kids’ play area. Although the time felt too short for them to enjoy activities like table tennis and badminton, they still had a wonderful and joyful experience. There was a slight inconvenience as one room was made available shortly after check-in while the other was ready around 3:30pm, which also affected our late check-out request. However, this was outweighed by the overall hospitality and care shown by the staff. A very heartfelt and special appreciation goes to Ms. Rangi, whose kindness, warmth, and genuine care made our arrival experience truly comforting and memorable. She welcomed us with a sincere smile and personally guided us in a way that made us feel genuinely valued and at home. Her thoughtful assistance throughout the check-in process reflected true hospitality at its best. We also sincerely thank Ms. Geethma, whose friendly and graceful manner at checkout left a very positive final impression of our stay. She ensured our departure was smooth, pleasant, and well-coordinated. The room service team was also highly responsive, ensuring all requested amenities were provided promptly. Overall, it was a beautiful stay filled with warmth, comfort, and unforgettable family memories.

A very nice hotel with friendly staff. Location is good albeit the beach immediate outside isn't as good as the one 200 yards away on the left as ypu enter the beach. Room cleanliness was excellent and our room attendant Rangana was very helpful. Laundry service was also very efficient and provided at a reasonable cost
