I was very happy with the way you welcomed me in the lobby. Thank you very much Nipuni , because with your smile, we entered the hotel very happily. All the employees working there are very nice. They provided very good service, I will come again. From the day I checked in to the hotel until the day I left, Nipuni was very helpful. She was a really kind person. She took great care of my child every time I came to the lobby. Really good staff thank you so much everybody ❤️

We had a truly wonderful stay at Cinnamon Bey Beruwala, especially because of the warm hospitality in the buffet dining area. A very special thank you to Chef Nishantha, who personally came to our table, greeted us, and took great care of our children. Because of his kindness and attention, my wife and kids felt very comfortable and relaxed during their meals. The buffet dining experience was excellent, and the service made it even more memorable. My wife would also like to give special thanks to Cook Anusha for her care and delicious food. We would also like to thank Front Desk – Geethma, Housekeeping – Nalaka and Kosala, and the Kids’ Play Area staff – Kasuni and Dhananjani for taking such wonderful care of our child. Before staying here, our family always preferred Habarana Village as our regular holiday destination, but after this amazing experience at Cinnamon Bey Beruwala, we are now planning to make this our new family getaway location. Overall, all the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional. We truly felt at home and look forward to coming back again. Highly recommended! 😊

I stayed for one night in a Superior Ocean View room on a full board basis, and everything exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, with a stunning view of the ocean that made the stay feel extra special. The food throughout the stay was excellent, with a great variety and high quality at every meal. A special mention goes to Krishan, who looked after us exceptionally well.
