I had a wonderful stay at Sentido Heritance. One of the highlights was being pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a spacious sea-facing room. Waking up to the beautiful ocean view every morning made my stay even more special. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had direct access to the beach. I especially enjoyed taking peaceful evening walks along the beach right from the hotel—it felt private, relaxing, and was the perfect way to unwind. The staff throughout the hotel were courteous, friendly, and always willing to help. I also had a great experience at the hotel bar, where the service was excellent and the atmosphere was very enjoyable. The hotel's location is fantastic. There are several excellent restaurants nearby serving Italian, French, local Sri Lankan, and other cuisines. Souvenir shops, ATMs, and other essentials are all within easy walking distance. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Sentido Heritance to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront hotel with outstanding hospitality and an excellent location.

I recently attended a People's Bank training program at Hotel Sentido, Negombo, and had a very pleasant experience. The auditorium is spacious and well-equipped, comfortably accommodating around 250 participants, making it an excellent venue for conferences and corporate events. The food offered a good variety and was satisfying, comparing favorably with many other five-star hotels. The hotel's location is also ideal for tourists or travelers looking for a comfortable place to relax while waiting for their flights. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Every staff member was friendly, courteous, and attentive. A special thank you to Sithmi at the reception, who went out of her way to help us locate our baggage and assisted us with a warm smile and genuine professionalism. Her excellent service made our visit even more memorable. Overall, Hotel Sentido, Negombo is a great choice for business events, transit stays, and leisure visits. Highly recommended!

The breakfast buffet at the hotel was great. The food was great. Recommend the French bread. Taste like banhmi bread. Everything is little bit spicy. It was about $15 per person. The room was comfortable with good AC. Great shower. Madu was very helpful. The concierge was very helpful.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony offering a beautiful ocean view. It felt very relaxing and the overall comfort level was good. The service was also excellent the staff were friendly and attentive. The beach in front of the hotel is not the best, but it was still enjoyable. We watched the sunset, took some nice photos, and it was refreshing for the eyes and mind. We had booked the full board package with high expectations for the buffet. Breakfast was decent with reasonable variety, but lunch and dinner were quite disappointing. We noticed many repeated desserts, and the flavors overall were not up to the mark with limited options. Overall, our stay was good and we enjoyed it. The room comfort, ocean view, and service made up for the food shortcomings.

We had an amazing honeymoon stay, and one of the highlights was the romantic dinner arranged for us. The food was absolutely delicious, and the entire experience was beautifully set up. A special thank you to our waiter, Abishek, who went above and beyond to make our evening memorable. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the night. Since my wife and I don’t drink alcohol, the dinner’s sparkling wine wasn’t suitable for us, but Abishek happily arranged to replace it with fresh watermelon juice without any hesitation. His kindness and excellent service made our special evening even more enjoyable. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.We’ll always remember it!
