Rooms, services, and location—everything about this hotel was truly excellent. We stayed for two nights on a half-board basis and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of options and was very satisfying, but our absolute favorite part of the stay was the set-menu dinner. Although the menu was not extensive, every dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. If we were to stay again, we would probably choose a room-only option and take advantage of their set lunch and dinner menus separately, because they were truly impressive. We tried the set lunch as well and were especially amazed by the quality. There was a great selection of drinks, a fantastic variety of seafood, and plenty of delicious choices to suit different tastes. The dessert in particular was unforgettable—definitely a highlight of our dining experience. Beyond the food, what really made our stay special was the team. The staff at the restaurant, front office, and across all service areas were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their hospitality truly enhanced our stay and made us feel well taken care of. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily recommend this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying my time at the poolside bar, and I must say, the experience was elevated immensely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Raven, Prabath, and Imalk. These three waiters were nothing short of fantastic, consistently going above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt valued and well taken care of. They were quick to offer recommendations and always checked in to ensure that everything was perfect. Whether it was a refreshing cocktail or a light snack, their service was prompt and friendly, making my time by the pool truly enjoyable. I can’t recommend them and this hotel enough. If you’re looking for a memorable experience, make sure to visit the poolside bar and let Raven, Prabath, and Imalk take care of you. They truly made my stay unforgettable!

We stayed at Heritance Negombo for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were consistently friendly and professional, with special thanks to Samantha and Silvester at Bluetan, the hotel restaurant. The buffet breakfast and dinner were exceptional — great quality, diverse options, and absolutely not to be missed. Our room was spotless, spacious, and offered a beautiful view of the sea. The gym was well-equipped for a solid workout and comfortably air-conditioned. The room’s air-conditioning was also excellent, easily adjustable and quick to cool the large space. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly return.

A mixed experience! 5-star level staff for sure, friendly and professional. The room had a gorgeous view over the sea, a great balcony and the bed was comfortable, but the standard wasn't what one expects with this kind of price. On the food and beverage side, cocktails were amazing, but the food was literally bad. Definetely avoid the restaurant with its non-cozy and not elegant buffet atmosphere with bad acoustics, and go for one of the many restaurants in town a few minutes walk away. Despite this aspect, big thanks to the warm and comprehensive staff!

We wanted to express our deepest gratitude to the entire team at Sentido Heritance Negombo for making our wedding truly unforgettable. The hotel provided the most beautiful setting for our celebration, and our guests haven't stopped raving about the wonderful atmosphere and top-notch service. The banquet and the staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and professional. The catering was exceptional—we've received so many compliments on the buffet. And also we thank Ms Hansika for coordinating the event so seamlessly.
