It was one of the most relaxing hotels and locations we’ve been to in a while. The pool, access to the beach, and surrounding environment were lovely. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and we had a great view of the Ocean. The Safari the hotel organised for us was definitely a highlight. The food, especially the breakfast, was great with lots of good options. We loved the cows grazing near the pool, and the team was pretty quick to clean up the area. The hotel was pretty accommodating with meals, especially if we were late for lunch after sightseeing or the spa. There was a mild sewage smell from the bathroom, I suppose it’s to be expected being out in the jungle… While staff were friendly and helpful, service was a little slow depending on who was helping us, and there was a lack of local knowledge for us to sightsee.

A truly exceptional stay at Jetwing Yala! We travelled with our 18-month-old and were so impressed by how family friendly and welcoming the hotel is. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive and made our stay effortless. The location is breathtaking, with tranquility at its finest. The food was outstanding, especially the delicious Sri Lankan cuisine and the excellent variety on offer. We loved our stay so much that we extended it. We can’t wait to return!

25 days in sri lanka along the entire southern stretch from Galle to Yala. Sri Lankan hospitality is a different level but Jetwing Yala surpasses it all. I would equate it if not higher with India's highest hospitality benchmark THE TAJ. There are newly launched hotel brands that make peripheral attempts at guest hospitality But then there are old established brands which exude customer satisfaction. This is one of them. Every staff member has a smile on with a ready greeting, personalised service that makes you feel exclusive. Right from Check in where the receptionist and concierge ensure you get the room you wanted. I had a request for peace and a view as my son is recovering from a head injury. They got me the most scenic room in the place The food is delectable and pool is warm and inviting. The bar service staff actually took a note of our interest to see elephants and asked if he can give us a call if he sees any elephants traipse past the property. The restaurant staff (don't remember name). got a dish that was off the menu especially made for lunch. Jetwing had set a new standard for hospitality. Will be back soon

We stayed here for one night and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, willing to assist with anything we needed. We spent the morning at the beach before heading to the pool, and both were fantastic. The facilities were excellent, and the whole experience was relaxing. Overall, it was a great stay, would definitely recommend it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our recent stay at Jetwing Yala was exceptional from start to finish. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The Front Office staff were warm, professional, and efficient, making check-in and check-out seamless. The Restaurant team delivered outstanding service at every meal, always with a smile and great attention to detail. Housekeeping kept our room immaculate throughout our stay, and the Pool staff were friendly, attentive, and ensured the pool area was always clean, relaxing, and enjoyable. The level of hospitality and customer service across the entire hotel was truly outstanding. Thank you to the wonderful team at Jetwing Yala for making our visit so memorable. We highly recommend this beautiful resort and look forward to returning in the future!
