Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, refreshments, soft drinks, beer, spirits, etc are served from 11:00-22:00 (except during meal times). The view was brilliant. Looking out to the sea from our in room pool. Beds were large and comfy for the four of us. The pools are fun and walking on the beach was lovely. We stayed for 3 nights but didn't feel like we got a Luxury stay. We expected a better service all round. When we brought it to the attention of Manager we were given some old batterd coconuts as an apologetic gesture. We had a much better experience at the Centara Karon resort. I wouldn't stay there again when we go back to Phuket.

I have had the most lovely stay at the Centara Resort. In particular O from ripples pool bar was so kind and accommodating, making our pool experience very enjoyable, he greeted us by name every day and would go above and beyond to provide the best service. The staff at the spa were so welcoming and sweet, making it a very special experience. Panny gave me a lovely massage and the lady who greeted us at the front was so kind. Aoy, Pumpai, and other restaurant staff were extremely helpful and kind, making our dining experience wonderful. The resort and rooms were so clean and beautiful, and food was delicious. Zero complaints, I would love to return here again. 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Centara Beach Resort Phuket. The resort is beautiful, with great facilities and a fantastic beachfront location. A special thank you to Tee, Kitty, and Yah at the restaurant for their exceptional service. They were always friendly, attentive, and made every dining experience enjoyable. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay more memorable. The only downside was that our room was not consistently cleaned on some days, which was a little disappointing. However, aside from this issue, we had a lovely experience overall. Thank you to the team for making our holiday special. We would happily return in the future.

Stop looking - this is the best resort! Stayed with my son, 13 and daughter 11. Fantastic facilities with the pool, lazy river, cliff diving and water slides!! But what made this stay the best was the staff - especially Yah, Aoy, Ray at the Cove restaurant. Always had a margarita(x2) ready for me. Boy and Santa were excellent pool bar staff!! The food was excellent every meal, great spread. Awesome location, highly recommend! Our first time in Thailand and an unforgettable experience. You will not be disappointed

We had an excellent stay at Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket. The resort is truly a masterpiece, with beautiful architecture, stunning surroundings, and a wide range of facilities that make it a great destination for families and anyone looking to relax. The cleanliness throughout the resort was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and enjoyable. We were initially staying in a room close to the swimming pool, where there was some construction work that caused noticeable noise. After we informed the staff, they were very helpful and quickly arranged another room for us. We sincerely appreciate their understanding and willingness to resolve the issue, which made a positive difference to our stay. The service was generally good, although I believe there is room for improvement. On several occasions, we experienced delays in receiving service without a clear explanation. Since this happened more than once, it may indicate an area that the management could review and improve. One thing that surprised me was receiving a call one day before our departure to confirm our checkout time. In my experience, most hotels usually confirm this on the day of departure, so this was a little unexpected. The resort could also benefit from some renovations and updates in certain areas. However, considering the price, it offers excellent value for money and provides a memorable resort experience. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would like to thank the team for their hospitality. We wish them continued success and all the best for the future.
