“Unfortunately, the swimming pool was not very clean, with stones and debris visible in the water. The slabs around the pool area crack definitely needed renovation, and the overall service was quite poor.”tower exchange area always but suppose to work 9-14.00,food always same. All good drinks have to pay for it ,in pool area in one of the toilet not existed door im shocking, traveling every year around wold but not seen like this. Would not recommend this hotel. All inclusive said mini bar in the room you have to pay extra,make sure you read everything.

We came over on a family holiday from 29th July till 4th August, when arriving the hotel looked lovely & everyone was very friendly & helpful. But then you go to the room & it all looks run down & in desperate TLC our above our shower the ceiling was covered in black mould (noticed that on day 2) the rooms get cleaned every day yet not once was this mould cleaned or treated we’ve mentioned it to the housekeepers multiple times but no one blinked an eye to it. On the fourth day I woke up to get ready for the day & I hear my little girl shouting “mummy there’s a beetle in the room” from the bathroom. When I went to see what’s wrong it wasn’t Infact a beetle it was Infact a MASSIVE COCKROACH! In the bathroom, my husband got bitten multiple times in the time from bedbugs too Food was great with loads of options The entertainment was close to 0 they had 3 activities in the day by the pool one @10, 1 & 3ish the rest of the day we just had music. In the evening they had a mini disco for half an hour & the evening entertainment like a singer or dancer Overall definitely would NOT be going back & definitely needs a make over!

Excellent Hotel was our family's first time abroad and everything was perfect for us. Rooms were cleaned and spotless when they were cleaned each day. Location was great just a 10/15 minutes walk down to the Beach too. Food at the hotel was Amazing would have loads of options every morning, lunchtime and dinnertime from Waffles, Pancakes, Yoghurt, Fresh Fruit & Juice, various meats, cheese, chips, chicken, sausage's loads and loads of stuff, even had Curry night, Asian night & Italian nights too. We paid extra to get the food and booze included as part of the Room and glad we did, first time in a while I'd actually been able to have an alcoholic drink and enjoy it watching various shows in the performance rooms too. Can't rate it high enough and all the staff went above and beyond to help with anything, we will definitely be going again!. I've attached some pictures below 🙂

I came on holiday from the UK to tennerife for 1 week and this hotel was amazing! Me and my dad had a great time. Every night there was entertainment and it made us laugh so much every day it was such a nice way to end the day. We went for the all inclusive package, the food at the hotel was different every night and never dissipointed it was so nice. All the staff were very friendly as we had a few interactions when our room key diddent work but they sorted it immediately. I also left my jumper in the room after check out and they let me know and gave it back to me which was great. The location of the hotel is ideal its a short walk to the beach and right next to a supermarket! There is only 1 thing which is poor WiFi connection, to gain a connection we had to put out phones up to the door of our room, connect to the wi fi and go from there but every time we left the hotel it disconnected. I have a quick tip: The mini bar in the room was very overpriced so don't buy from it unless your willing to pay quite a bit of money (see attached photo) Also it is very kid friendly there was kids entertainment every night Overall we had an amazing stay and would recommend 100% We had the best stay at Best Tennerife

Food was okay, some days not great and often cold. Wouldn’t recommend going all inclusive, the cocktail machine tasted watered down. Cleaners are lovely and friendly, always on floor cleaning. Pools was warm rather than cold atleast 3 of the days we stayed. Great entertainment on night, daytime is okay although it was mainly bingo most days. Didn’t get told much information about where to go for dinner etc and what time pool was open we had to figure out ourselves. Would give this hotel 4 star
