Absolutely loved our stay at Jacaranda Hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was lovely, the service was excellent, and we genuinely felt relaxed and well looked after throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time and would happily come back again. Highly recommended — a fantastic hotel and a truly enjoyable experience! ❤️

The location is great with a lot to offer to families, and extremely enjoyable experiences. But I would like to offer my sincere thanks to Ana at the reception. She helped us with a super room, a lot of advices regarding our choices for the holiday that proved helpful. She made our staying at this hotel great throughout her actions and advices. The atmosphere is as it should be in a large hotel but what I appreciated is the hours picked for meals. Those are great, I didn’t felt tired or pressed by those. I cannot say many things because we liked having a stroll and admire the ocean so we weren’t staying at the hotel. The value is a matter of personal evaluation, for us was a good value for money and a great memories for our children Anghel Family

Just back from a week stay. 2 adults, 2 children aged 7. Half board. We were worried about the reviews leading up, but the hotel honestly isn't that bad. We were block H level 7. Rooms were fine, comfy big bed, cleaned daily. I'd describe as a typical Spanish hotel room. Pools were good, fit for purpose. I do understand about the decking area, it could do with renewing, but it didn't ruin our holiday, no-one hurt themselves. The splash area was a huge hit too!! Tip: Wear footwear around the pool area as it is slippery and the floor is hot!! Food was good, lot's of variations for breakfast and dinner, with a different theme each evening. No complaints, but then again we're not fussy eaters (but if you are, there's plain pasta, chips, burgers, pizza, hot dogs etc...) Evening entertainment was fine - kids loved it. However the inside area is dank, dated, and warm. The hotel could really benefit from an outside evening entertainment area. A huge special shout out to the hotel for leaving 2 pairs of solar eclipse glasses in our room! Thank you.

We had a very pleasant experience at Hotel Best Jacaranda. The hotel is exactly as described, with a very good location, close to everything you may need during a holiday. The food was very good, varied and plentiful, with many options available every day. We also appreciated the swimming pools, especially the warm water pool for children, which was perfect for our little one. A special thank you to Ana from the reception team. She was extremely kind, helpful and professional throughout our stay. She always welcomed us with a smile, had a lot of patience and gave us many useful recommendations whenever we needed assistance. Her attitude made our stay even more enjoyable, and we truly appreciated her support. Thank you, ANA, and thank you to the Best Jacaranda team! We highly recommend this hotel.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth 4 Stars ​I recently stayed at this hotel for my vacation, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Although the hotel is rated 4 stars, I would give it 3 stars at most. ​Here are the main issues I faced during my stay: ​Cleanliness & Housekeeping: The cleanliness of the room was poor. The bed sheets and towels were not changed regularly. Even when they were replaced, they didn't smell clean or fresh at all. ​Buffet & Food Quality: The vegetable selection at the buffet was far from fresh—it was old and spoiled (I have photos as proof). Additionally, many of the plates and dishware were chipped or broken along the edges. ​Dietary Concerns: I am allergic to pork, but unfortunately, most of the food options contained pork, making it very difficult for me to enjoy my meals safely. Freshness & Hygiene Issues: The quality of the fruits and vegetables was unacceptably poor. Vegetables like lettuce were not properly washed and literally had bugs on them. The bananas and tomatoes were rotten, and the fruits in general were moldy. As for the cucumbers, the quality was so terrible that it felt like food meant for animals rather than hotel guests. ​Staff & Service: Most of the restaurant staff did not speak English, which made communication and asking about ingredients very challenging. ​Overall, this hotel does not meet 4-star standards. I would not recommend it unless significant improvements are made to cleanliness, food quality, and customer service.
