This is one of the best value-for-money family hotels in Hurghada. If you’re traveling with children, I highly recommend this hotel. It is designed with families in mind, and there are activities for kids throughout the day and evening, with entertainment suitable for different age groups. The food was very good, with plenty of variety, and it’s a big advantage that food and snacks are available almost 24 hours a day. The pools, beach, and overall atmosphere make it a great place for a family vacation. The only area that could be improved is the staff. Some were friendly and willing to help, but with more professional training, the overall guest experience would be even better. The long standing difference in the way Egyptian and foreign guests are treated still remains an issue :/ Overall, I would definitely stay here again. I think Bellagio offers good value and is one of the best choices for families with children.

We had a fantastic stay at Bellagio Beach Resort & Spa. All the restaurants and bars were excellent, with great food, drinks, and very friendly staff. A special thank you to Mr. Eslam at the Rose Restaurant for his outstanding hospitality and for always taking great care of us during our stay. He truly made our experience extra special. We would also like to thank Mr. Michael Melad, Front Office Manager, for his professionalism, kindness, and all the helpful information and support he provided throughout our vacation. The entire team made us feel welcome and at home. Highly recommended, and we look forward to coming back again!

March 2026 This was our second three-week stay at the Bellagio. It’s a great spot for us as kitesurfers, and we love being there. Not everything is brand new. There are a few areas here and there that could do with a bit of a refresh, but that never bothered us. Room: 4* (minus* for the bungalow bathroom – it floods after showering) Service: 5* Location: 5* Food: 5* The Bellagio goes to great lengths to offer its guests something special. That’s brilliant. The staff are super friendly, the food is delicious and varied, and the wide choice doesn’t always make it easy to decide... We cannot confirm that the hotel is not clean. What stood out negatively once again was part of the entertainment team: - The ‘host’ has unfortunately got stuck in his ‘Scooter – Hyper Hyper’ phase and doesn’t realise at all that it doesn’t create a good atmosphere. - Then, when people have finally got round to dancing, the DJ kills any desire to keep dancing with his strange mixes and doesn’t realise what music works and what doesn’t - A bit quieter is often better. Especially during the day by the pool, the music is a bit too loud - Aggressively urging people to dance when they didn’t want to - The same people also lead half-hearted yoga and stretching sessions in the mornings, but have no idea what they’re doing What we’d like to see: - Please: Change the animation team (it’s a bit creepy) – that way the dance floor will stay full and people won’t just sit around - Please clear the kitesurfing spot of washed-up plastic every day (I’ve often done this myself) Otherwise, keep it as it is!!!
