Adequate hotel but with notable drawbacks. We stayed for a single night with young kids and had half board. Would not return for the €250 price we paid, too many little things add up and I would probably prefer to pay €100 less for a well managed 3* hotel. Pros: royal level areas were quieter, but the regular pools seemed nicer and warmer, and had more to do for kids. We only had buffet at royal level (asana) and food and service was good, but cleanliness was lacking with dirty chair pillows, tables were spaced too closely for my liking. Good selection of teas and even coffee was decent (for an automatic machine). Room was spacious. Kids club was nice and large. Staff always pleasant and nice. Resort is huge and seems like has lots to do, especially sports, but we didn't have time for that. Cons: noticeable sewage smell in bathroom, not bad enough to deal with inconvenience of changing rooms when staying a single night but still very annoying. Our ground floor view was of some bushes and powerplant. Room felt tired overall and sofa bed was uncomfortable, but ok for a single night. Resort is huge and we had to walk a kilometer across the street and 3 floors up to get from the room to the kids club, the resort map is needed to not get lost. Attention to detail was a bit lacking: room had some dust, sofa bed was not premade, our keys were already deactivated 15 minutes before checkout time and we needed housekeeper to let us in.

First time staying at this resort and overall I’m really impressed. Pros: how relaxed the hotel is, the great service, friendly staff, excellent standard and choice of food, lovely fluffy towels, very comfortable bed, clean and tidy pool area without the need to fight for a lounger, good choice of evening entertainment, prices for alcohol/food reasonable. Cons: possibly only the location. Try to avoid the view of the power station. It would also be nice to be able to sea swim in front of the hotel. The area at the hotel could easily be made a little more accessible to give customers the option to do it but it doesn’t seem to have been maintained. I also feel the gym could be larger and better equipped, particularly as it’s an active resort. I was actually quite surprised that it wasn’t bigger. It would also benefit from a sauna/steam room/ cold water dip pool/ hydro pool etc. maybe someday, either way I would return.

Hotel is in a great location, rooms are lovely, hotel is spotless. Food ia rotten, the buffet in both the royal level and standard were cold and left out for linger than they should. Choice in royal restaurant very limited. I ordered an omelette for breakfast and 99% sure I got food poisoning from it. Very sick and unable to eat for 3 days ruining the rest of the holiday. Told deskstaff purely to ensure it didnt happen to anyone else who said there wasa nurovirus going about which was nonsense as my wife was fine. So, food rotten and no consideration for customers.

Spacious room with comfy bedding. The water pressure in the shower is ok but could be better. The food is very good. We tried both the non-royal and royal level buffets and liked both. I wouldn't say that the food at the royal buffet is better, but there are more fancy options for breakfast (eggs royale) and it's less busy.

It was AMAZING. The customer service was brilliant all the staff were friendly especially Beatrice, Alberto and Ahmed. The resort is beautiful, the food is pretty good too and the gym is great too. The beds are SO comfy too. Best sleep I’ve had in ages I recommend the pool bar as it gives you beautiful scenery This is a place I’d definitely revisit.. My only criticism is that the insects which can’t really be helped too tough
