We had such a beautiful experience at the Ramadan tent. The vibes were absolutely amazing — warm, elegant, and so well organized. The atmosphere truly captured the spirit of Ramadan. A special thank you to Ibrahim, who was a wonderful waiter. He was extremely polite, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. His service really made our evening even more special. Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back again!

I had a wonderful experience here. I’ve visited multiple times for meetings and training sessions, and the service has been consistently outstanding. The hospitality is exceptional, making every visit comfortable and enjoyable. A special thanks to Megha and Anita for their warm, attentive service at the restaurant, they truly made every meal a pleasant experience. Yoon has also been incredibly helpful and professional, providing excellent support throughout our time at the venue. Kudos to the entire team for their dedication and hospitality. We had a wonderful stay! Even though we are from Dubai, choosing this hotel in Abu Dhabi made us feel like we were in a completely different country. The peaceful atmosphere and exceptional hospitality made it a truly refreshing getaway. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options, and the facilities were well maintained. A special thank you to Chaimea from the Guest Relations team for her exceptional hospitality and warm, attentive service. She made our stay even more memorable with her kindness and professionalism. And dining at the Artisan Kitchen restaurant multiple times a day.
