If you’re debating whether or not to book this place, just do it. The location alone makes it worth every penny—it's super convenient to get around, surrounded by great cafes and restaurants, yet once you’re inside the hotel, it feels like a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. The design of the whole place is very cool and modern, but still feels comfortable and functional. Our room was perfect; the AC worked flawlessly, the shower had amazing water pressure, and everything was kept sparkling clean throughout our whole stay. I also have to give a huge shout-out to the front desk team. They went out of their way to help us with directions, booked taxis for us, and gave us some amazing local food recommendations that we wouldn't have found on Google. It’s hard to find a hotel that checks all the boxes—cleanliness, vibe, service, and location—but this place nailed it. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town!

Our beloved hotel truly felt like a piece of paradise and was the perfect choice for our honeymoon. We stayed in a room with a spa bathtub, and every little detail was thoughtfully designed—even a beach bag was provided, which we really appreciated. Everything we ate at Vista Restaurant was absolutely outstanding. We would like to thank the chef and the entire staff for their kindness and warm hospitality. The hotel was spotless, and every corner offered breathtaking views. The location was excellent—you can reach Patong Beach in about 10 minutes by car. Freedom Beach, which is within walking distance, was the most beautiful beach we have ever seen. Every member of the staff was incredibly dedicated, friendly, and welcoming. We would especially like to thank Mr. Krot, who was always available and went above and beyond to help us with everything, and Mr. Abhi, who greeted us every day with a warm smile and surprised us with thoughtful little gestures. It was truly an unforgettable and exceptional experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Phuket, and we can’t wait to come back. KHOP KHUN KA!

I had a really pleasant stay here. The resort has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing vacation. What impressed me the most was the staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly, always smiling, and willing to help whenever I had a question. Their hospitality made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived until the day I checked out. A special thank you to Fah for the extra kindness and support throughout my stay. The breakfast was tasty with plenty of choices, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. I also enjoyed spending time around the pool—it was the perfect spot to relax after a day out. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting the area. I hope to come back again in the future. I spent a wonderful 10 days at the hotel with my daughter. We loved the room and All Inclusive option, with meals in the Vista Restaurant (where all staff were super attentive) and the menu options were perfect for us both - Some reviews I read had read said the options were limited, but this was not the case. The pool areas and bars were immaculate and my daughter loved them. All staff were very friendly and a credit to the hotel. Only slight negatives are it would have been good to use the All Inclusive lunch at the pool bars, shower facilities after checkout (there are the pool ones, but no shower gel or shampoo!), ability to bring a remaining drink up from Vista to your room (I couldn't bring a tonic water up when I asked).

The resort is beautifully designed, offering a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to Patong Beach. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with stunning views of the surrounding hills and sea. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their warm hospitality made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The swimming pools were amazing, providing the perfect place to relax and unwind. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious food, and the restaurants served excellent meals with high-quality ingredients. The overall experience was truly memorable, combining luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phuket and look forward to returning in the future.
