We stayed at this resort for the first time. Overall, our experience was quite pleasant. The staff was brilliant and exceptionally friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful sea views and the amazing infinity pool, which was surrounded by numerous palm and banana trees – truly our favorite aspect of the resort. The resort also boasts a lovely and clean spa, complete with a jacuzzi and at least three types of saunas, an indoor pool, and massage facilities. Additionally, there are at least three outdoor swimming pools suitable for both adults and children. For evening entertainment, there is an outdoor restaurant and terrace that hosts a different singer each night. The reason I have left four stars is due to our room. While it was clean and equipped with a nice coffee machine ,comfortable bed and a hairdryer, there was an unpleasant odor emanating from the bathroom, particularly in the mornings. Furthermore, our room had a connecting door to the adjacent room, which unfortunately allowed us to hear everything happening next door.

Just arrived home after a lovely time at Troya. Great views from our room 605 which was far better than we expected. The Hotel is well maintained large choice of foods and the pools are great. We loved the Infinity pool and the Spa was relaxing as well as refreshing. All the hard working staff are very helpful so have no negative feedbacks. Already planning our return. Please dont worry about reading about noise from Veronica's its minimum.

We stayed at this 4-star hotel and, unfortunately, it does not meet the expected standard. The main restaurant left a very unpleasant impression. The staff were not always polite — one waiter even spilled sauce on me and did not apologize. We reported it to the reception, and two restaurant managers came to speak with us, but the next day we had a scheduled meeting with the hotel manager, and he did not show up. The food was monotonous, the fruit was cut poorly and of low quality. Even though we had an “all-inclusive” package, we had to wait 10–15 minutes for a waiter to take our order; it felt like guests were being ignored. People who arrived later received their drinks faster. The dishes were often dirty, and cups and plates had chips. Positive: the room was clean, housekeeping was excellent, and the cleaners were very polite and attentive. Infiniti Bar - staff the best.Thank you for the fresh chips. Regarding noise in the hotel, I will not comment — after all the issues with the buffet and staff, it seemed like a minor issue.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending this hotel. From the moment my son and I checked in to the moment we left everything was perfect. All of the staff are amazing, always smiling, sharing a laugh and nothing was too much trouble. Varied international breakfast (eggs, pancakes cooked to order) and a different choice of dinner each evening with the meat and fish cooked to order. Two pools plus an infinity pool and no shortage of sun loungers. The beach is literally over the road. Will definitely be returning. Big thanks to everyone

First time here and after reading mix feedbacks, I decided to keep my mind open. Im really please the hotel and rooms is very clean and beds are very comfortable. Had a lovely view of the pool which is lit up at night. Food is mostly the same but you have lots of variety of salard. Every night they have a diffrent type of food from another country. Ive enjoyed my stay and now rebooked to return here next year
