We had the best time over our ten day stay. Staff could not do enough for us. Entertainment team were engaging particularly Haifaa. We played bowls and water polo which were good fun. Haifaa was friendly and made us feel super comfortable. The hotel is in a perfect location for us to access excursions. The hotel puts on a free shuttle bus each evening for guests to visit nearby attractions too. Food was varied, lots of choice for all types of diet. We would definitely return. Very good value for money. The one downside is poor internet connection in some places of the hotel, but not the end of the world.

Amazing hotel. Exceptional food, not just mediocre spread like in many other all-in resorts who tried to please everybody but in result not pleasing anybody. Every dish with authentic seasoning, fresh and great quality meats, fish, veg and lovely, rich soups. Even the food by the pool (burgers pizza) better that anywhere else, well made. Staff kind, respectful, funny, helpful and welcoming, with lovely energy; always happy to help. Nobody treats you like a walking cash machine. Many lively places to enjoy entertainment with energetic and encouraging staff, as well as a quiet spots by the pool. Beautiful, deep reef with many amazing creatures just by the hotel. Highly recommend as a spot to rewind, having very chilled, laid back atmosphere. Easy reach by taxi to the town.

The team Is gorgeous 😍 thanks for the people works so hard a day to provide a service with a smile. Unfortunately some rooms can be renovated. The animation team is human, lovely, careful and they purpose is to enjoy every night. BiG thank you Abdhala who works at the Spa. Her professionalisme is amazing 👏. The hotel is very very clean! We’ve spent 2 beautiful weeks in this hotel. The reception team is always available whenever you need and happy to help. Special thanks to Magdi and Eman at the reception they helped us a lot and are very efficient. The food is great, everyday we get to try something new and the restaurant team are amazing and welcoming, the all inclusive formula is cool we can ask for snacks food drinks at all time. Pool side is always cleaned, we’ve enough bed, service was perfect, thanks to Shady he is truly smiling and happy to serve his guests. Cleaning of the rooms everyday. Thanks Eslam for his happiness. Only the beach side is not really a beach but it’s ok, the hotel can offer you a day in another hotel at the beach. Free shuttle to the city upon reservation I suggest this hotel for families we had 4 kids and the loved it so much. See you next time !

The hotel is excellent, and I would love to come back again. Two swimming pools were heated. From February 21 to 28 the weather was perfect, and the sea was beautiful. The staff were friendly, the animation team was great, and in the evenings there were wonderful dance shows. The food was very tasty — there were shrimp, crabs, fish, and meat. In addition to the all-inclusive option, there were three à la carte restaurants that we could visit once for free: grill, Chinese, and Indian cuisine. I highly recommend this hotel. My husband and I were very satisfied 😊
