This is truly a high-end hotel and a genuine 5-star experience and I absolutely LOVED it, I was completely at peace during my stay. The hotel and property looks exactly like the photos, nothing misleading. The food was excellent, the room was nicely designed, and the pool area was spotless and relaxing. Everything was clean and well maintained, with attention to detail throughout the property. The design is clean with nice middle eastern discrete detailing. The staff were professional, and helpful. The atmosphere was perfect, peaceful without being too quiet or too loud. I would definitely stay here again!

Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was always perfect. Dining was a highlight of our trip. The hotel is wonderful. The service is of a very high standard. It has all the necessary amenities. We liked it very much. I also recommend it for family vacations. We are very satisfied with the service provided by the restaurant waiter, Alaa. We plan to stay at this hotel again next time.

Hotel was amazing, everything was perfect. Rooms were cleaned to excellent standard, and food was all great. No issues during our 7 week stay, the staff were very attentive. The entertainment team were lovely, especially Ali Snoob, who seems very dedicated and just a joy to speak to. Would definitely visit again.

Amazing stay in Alcazar in Sharm El Sheikh! My family had an unforgettable experience at this beautiful resort in Sharm El Sheikh. The staff were incredibly friendly, including room service, restaurant and bar staff always welcoming, and ready to help. I would specifically mention Alaa and Makeen from Zoheriya restaurant. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and cleaned daily by staff not to mention Ahmed. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, and the restaurants were well maintained. The pool area and private beach were perfect for relaxing, and sun bathing. The bars next to the swimming pool area was handy to have with unlimited drinks and snacks. Entertainment and activities were well organized, and there was always something fun to do throughout the day. I truly felt relaxed, pampered, and safe during my entire stay. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxury, fun, and peaceful getaway. I can’t wait to come back
