This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Although it is advertised as a five-star hotel, it does not meet even basic hospitality standards. The cleanliness was very poor. Our room was not properly cleaned, and we repeatedly had to ask for essential items such as tissues, soap, and other bathroom amenities because they were not replaced. The food was of very low quality, with limited variety and poor taste. It was far below what you would expect from a five-star hotel. The only positive points were that the air conditioning worked well and the hotel has several swimming pools. Another disappointment was the shisha service, which is only available on the rooftop until 11:00 p.m., leaving guests with no other option afterward. Overall, the hotel is poorly managed and does not provide the level of service or comfort that it promises. Based on my experience, I would not return and cannot recommend it to other travelers.

This was my second stay at IL Mercato Hotel and Spa and once again everything was excellent, the hotel looks beautiful, the atmosphere feels relaxing and elegant, and you can see that attention is given to every detail. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and well maintained, which made me feel at home from the first moment. The food was very good, with plenty of choices every day, fresh ingredients and great taste, so every meal felt enjoyable. The staff were polite, friendly and always ready to help with a smile, and the management clearly does a great job because the whole place runs smoothly and professionally. The location is also very convenient, close to shops and places to walk in the evening, which made the stay even more pleasant. I truly enjoyed my time here and I will definitely come back again, I fully recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and high quality holiday experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We've just returned from our third stay at the wonderful IL Mercato hotel, and once again, it exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. This hotel truly feels like a home away from home. Exceptional Service A special mention must go to the hotel manager, who consistently demonstrates incredible kindness and care.The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The pools were sparkling and refreshing, and the splashpark was a huge hit with our daughter (and us!). The convenience of having a McDonald's right there was an added bonus! We are already planning our next trip back from the UK and can't wait to return to our favorite hotel! Thank you, IL Mercato, for another unforgettable holiday!

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this hotel as British Citizens While staying here, we experienced behaviour from staff that we found unprofessional and inappropriate. After missing breakfast, as we exited the lift, we noticed staff members pointing in our direction and laughing, which made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected as a guest. They were giving us stares, looking at my friends body and proceeding to laugh - this is a direct form of harassment. Overall, this made us feel unwelcome and uneasy during our stay. We expect hotel staff to treat guests with respect and professionalism at all times, and unfortunately this was not our experience. The staff in question are attached. As a woman - you will not feel safe in this hotel.
