We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Concorde El Salam Sharm El Sheikh. The resort is stunning, with breathtaking views of the Red Sea and beautiful scenery everywhere you look. Waking up every morning to the crystal-clear sea and spending our days surrounded by such incredible views made this a truly unforgettable holiday. What made our experience even more special was the exceptional customer service. Every single member of staff we met was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. The level of hospitality throughout the resort was outstanding. A very special thank you to Mahmoud Sheba at the main restaurant, who always welcomed us with a smile and made every meal a pleasure. Mohamed from Housekeeping in Block 5 kept our room spotless every day, and his kindness and attention to detail were truly appreciated. We would also like to thank Abdel Aziz at the pool for his excellent service, always checking that guests were comfortable and making our time by the pool even more enjoyable. We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to Mr. Mohsin from the Concierge team and Mr. Ahmed Yahia at the Front Desk. They went above and beyond to ensure our entire stay was phenomenal from the moment we arrived until we checked out. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for guests perfectly reflect the exceptional standards of this resort. The combination of spectacular views, the beautiful Red Sea, and the outstanding service from every member of the team made this one of the best holidays we’ve had. We had a wonderful experience during our stay. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality and the attention to detail shown by the team. Great service is not only about being friendly—it is about being present, attentive, and making guests feel truly cared for, and that is exactly what we experienced. Mr. Ibrahim, the Main Restaurant Manager, was always present, attentive, highly observant, and professional. He had a remarkable ability to notice the smallest details while maintaining a clear overview of the entire restaurant operation. His experience was evident in the way he interacted with both guests and his team. Mr. Mohamed Hamed, the Front Desk Manager, gave us a warm welcome, personally assisted us to our room, and was genuinely friendly, respectful, and professional. Magdy Saleh, the Bars Manager, always stood out with his genuine smile and cheerful personality. His positive energy and warm presence added a special touch to our experience. A special thank you to Mr. Lotfy and Hussein from Housekeeping, who took great care of us every day with warm smiles and genuine kindness. Their service truly came from the heart and made us feel well cared for throughout our stay. Hello, First of all, the hotel is very comfortable and enjoyable. The Deputy General Manager, Mr. Gökhan, took great care of us, and we would like to thank him sincerely for his kindness and attention. For anyone considering staying here, I especially recommend getting in touch with Mr. Gökhan if you have the opportunity. He makes you feel completely at home and ensures that your stay is as pleasant as possible. The hotel’s pool and beach are beautiful, and the overall atmosphere is excellent. Just finished a 7 day stay at the concorde with my family. First time in Egypt and we'd definitely visit again . The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily tarek and Essem were lovely they cleaned our rooms and were so friendly and helpful. The pools were lovely we often used the top one which was usual very quiet and the lifeguard would always help with our beds. The food was ok some was not to our taste but we never went hungry, again all staff would help and Colin the English chef was very accommodating. The biggest acknowledgement has to go to the bar staff in the piano bar . Hassan and mohamed they make the best iced coffees and we're always greeting us with a smile . The staff work so hard but are all so friendly and chatty . We would return to this lovely hotel

My daughter, my friends, and I have recently returned from our stay at this hotel, and we would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the staff working there. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly by polite, professional, and attentive employees who consistently provided excellent service throughout our stay. We would also like to extend a special thank you to the hotel manager, who promptly resolved our room concern and arranged an upgrade to a better room without any hesitation or questions. This level of professionalism was greatly appreciated. The hotel offers evening entertainment every night and an excellent variety of food. Transfers and overall communication exceeded our expectations. Soho Square is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk away, and the hotel also features a disco every night. The hotel caters well to different preferences: those seeking a quiet and relaxing environment will easily find peaceful areas, while guests looking for entertainment or a lively atmosphere will also be well accommodated. Families can enjoy relaxing days by the pool. As the hotel consists of two sections, it offers many beautiful spaces suitable for all needs. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and their genuine care and dedication made our holiday particularly enjoyable and memorable.
