Overall we had a good stay but with a couple of tweaks it could have been excellent. Positives - Grounds and rooms are excellent and well maintained. There was plentiful choice for food which was good quality and tasty. Pools and waterpark catered for all the family and the beach finishes off the hotel perfectly. Service overall was very good and staff catered to the whole family. Areas for improvement- Check in was a little rushed and didn’t explain all the hotel facilities but not a major issue. Entertainment was patchy. Daytime activities not advertised well with no visible team to encourage people to take part. Night time entertainment was repetitive and was basically the same dancing and music every night. Drinks were the poorest we’ve had at any hotel. Cocktails were not drinkable and premium drinks hard to come by. Biggest disappointment was the kids club - poorly organised and in a run down building. We had a good holiday overall but lacked the 5 star touches

A wonderful stay at the marvelous hotel. Everything is just about making memories. Service is amazing. Everything is fast and even more unforgettable than you can expect. For sure the service nearby the swimming pool should be highlighted. The bartender Tarek and his team provide you with a quick and tender Service. It's my strong recommendation for your vacation.

The hotel is very spacious, huge territory, very green and well kept. Pools are nice and clean. Food is excellent, lots of choice for every taste. We enjoyed sports and activities, thanks to entertainment team, Natalia for bocca and darts competions, also football and water sports. Home reef is nice, though sea can be rough when windy.

The hotel is huge and beautiful. There is so much activities to do both in the daytime and nighttime. The aqua park is amazing, it has so much slides.The food is amazing in the hotel, and there is an endless selection of it. I highly recommend Mangal as the barbecue there is so fresh and delicious.The bars offer lots of refreshing beverages, and the juice bar is great. All the hotel staff are so kind, welcoming and are always willing to help out. However a special shoutout to Hanen who made us feel welcome all the time and was always willing to help out with whatever we needed. If you ever need anything feel free to tell her and she will help, she is so kind!

Our stay at Rixos Premium Seagate was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning — elegant, expansive, and beautifully maintained. A special thanks to Mohammed at Veranda for his outstanding service and hospitality; he made our dining experiences feel so personal and memorable. The food across the resort was absolutely incredible. Every meal felt like a new discovery — from the à la carte restaurants, where Mangal and the Asian restaurant quickly became our favourites, to the casual options like the burgers at the Food Court and the doner kebab at Turquoise, which were simply delicious. We were genuinely spoiled for choice! The variety of pools is another highlight — each offering a different atmosphere, whether you want to relax, explore, or enjoy a more lively setting. As a fragrance content creator, I was blown away by how photogenic this hotel is. Every corner offers a beautiful backdrop — I captured so many stunning photos during our stay. Finally, a huge thank you to the concierge and the entire team for making our anniversary so special. Your thoughtful touches and warm hospitality made our trip unforgettable. I can’t recommend Rixos Premium Seagate highly enough — it’s a perfect blend of luxury, service, and beauty. We can’t wait to return!
