Flawless!! I stayed for 5 nights and I couldn't be happier! Facilities, staff, food, pools, beach, everything you can dream of is available! The staff are really helpful and cheerful, they would do anything to make your dreams come true. I have to thank Mohamed Hossam from reception for the great experience and follow up.. very cheerful and helpful. Also, Anna from guest services, she was brilliant and accommodated all our requests. It was my wife's birthday and they prepared the room and arranged for a surprise birthday party at the restaurant for her, I could not even dream of that! I also have to thank Karam and Eslam from Lagoon bar, they were very helpful and went above and beyond. Abdelrahman from room service was so polite, helpful, cleaned the room daily and was also very attentive to details. Animation is also amazing, great music and shows, with plenty of activities on the pool and beach, and a daily party in the main lounge. You must try Mangal and the Brazilian restaurants, book them through guest services or through the link they provide once you get the room. The Brazilian one was brilliant! I loved every single moment there, and overall experience is faultless and this hotel is easily my to go destination in Sharm Elsheikh.

We recently had a fantastic stay at Rixos Sharm El Sheikh and were thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay, reflecting the high standards of the hotel. The level of hygiene across the entire property was excellent, which gave us great peace of mind. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. Dining was a highlight of our trip. The variety of food at the main buffet was impressive. We also had the pleasure of dining at the A’la Carte restaurants, including the Turkish, Italian, Asian, and Indian options. All of them were exceptional, and it was a great perk that these were included in our stay. The only minor point for us was that the red meat selection didn't quite suit our personal palate, but this was easily overshadowed by the abundance of other delicious choices available. The swimming facilities were wonderful, and there was a great variety of activities to keep us entertained throughout the day. Everything was managed perfectly. We had a truly wonderful time and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxury getaway in Sharm El Sheikh. We look forward to visiting again!

Palm restaurant excellent staff and palm restaurant service amazing. The food is clean delicious I give them 10 diamonds not only five star specially Shima Abdo supervisor she is so helpful. I like the service. The hotel room specially is clean big size and very comfortable. The swimming pool is amazing. The party at night Super. it’s the best resort in Sharm el sheik I recommended to everyone.

We had a smooth welcome with our luggage taken to our room and we were given complimentary honeymoon extras. The food was exquisite. Other 5+ star resorts have the same or less quality. Very attentive staff. We want to rate the Taj Mahal al acarte restaurant for the wonderful dining experience. The brazillian restaurant was all round fantastic and a must try. Chef Ahmed at The Mangal (BBQ) was very caring for his guests and talented to juggle multiple bbqs at the same time and have all of the food cooked to perfection! Saleh was a very helpful driver when visiting Soho Square. Gusto, the Italian restaurant, was fantastic and mohamed surprised us on the last night of our honeymoon with an Egyptian celebration song and a cake, which made our last full day even better. The beach is almost all coral and the sea goes out exposing all of it until it gets to the drop off so it is not ideal for swimming in a sandy sea but snorkelling and swimming at the end of the jetty was amazing! Make sure you go snorkelling on a green flag and if not go on a yellow flag because often red flags show which means no swimming in the sea and this is often due to strong currents and waves. The buggies that take guests around the resort were fantastic and we want to thank the drivers for the comforting chat and manner, who brought us laughter on many rides. It astonished us how they seamlessly flitted between different languages for guests from different countries. What a talent! Thank you Rixos Hotel for your amazing service! You have a fantastic team of staff and we could not have asked for a greater experiencs from you.

I had an amazing stay at Rixos Sharm El Sheikh. Everything exceeded my expectations from the moment I arrived until check-out. The food was outstanding with a huge variety of international cuisines, and every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The restaurants offered excellent quality and plenty of choices, so every dining experience felt unique. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful landscaping, spotless rooms, crystal-clear pools, and a gorgeous beach. The atmosphere is luxurious yet relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The entertainment, activities, and overall service were outstanding. I highly recommend Rixos Sharm El Sheikh to anyone looking for a luxury vacation with excellent food, world-class service, and unforgettable memories. I can’t wait to come back!
