Flawless!! I stayed for 5 nights and I couldn't be happier! Facilities, staff, food, pools, beach, everything you can dream of is available! The staff are really helpful and cheerful, they would do anything to make your dreams come true. I have to thank Mohamed Hossam from reception for the great experience and follow up.. very cheerful and helpful. Also, Anna from guest services, she was brilliant and accommodated all our requests. It was my wife's birthday and they prepared the room and arranged for a surprise birthday party at the restaurant for her, I could not even dream of that! I also have to thank Karam and Eslam from Lagoon bar, they were very helpful and went above and beyond. Abdelrahman from room service was so polite, helpful, cleaned the room daily and was also very attentive to details. Animation is also amazing, great music and shows, with plenty of activities on the pool and beach, and a daily party in the main lounge. You must try Mangal and the Brazilian restaurants, book them through guest services or through the link they provide once you get the room. The Brazilian one was brilliant! I loved every single moment there, and overall experience is faultless and this hotel is easily my to go destination in Sharm Elsheikh.

A big thank you to everyone at the Taj Mahal restaurant at this hotel. The food was made to perfection with all flavours very tasty. It was nice to try a different cuisine and have something different, definitely a nice touch to the hotel. Special thanks to the Chef Said who made the food with such perfection and thank you to Gresha and Mustafa who served us with a smile and was patient with all our orders and needs. Each time we needed something they helped quickly and with a smile offering a great experience. !

We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at the Turkish restaurant in Rixos Sharm El Sheikh. The food was simply incredible — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and prepared to perfection. You can truly feel the quality of the ingredients and the care that goes into every meal. The service was outstanding as well. The waiter Kamil was professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making us feel welcome throughout the entire evening. This was one of the best restaurant experiences of our stay, and I would gladly come back again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Rixos Sharm El Sheikh! Thank you for such a memorable evening! ❤️

We stayed for 6 nights and were very pleased. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The housekeeping staff were very kind. We especially loved the Lalezar restaurant with its Turkish cuisine concept. They reflected Turkish cuisine very well. The service was very fast and the foods were delicious. Lalezar became our favorite à la carte restaurant. Külbastı and künefe were fantastic. Little update: Sakura became our other favorite restaurant with its delicious sushi. We would especially like to thank Ebraham for his friendly approach, kindness, and fast service. ☺️

Went to Anjana Spa today for a Swedish massage. One of the best massages I have ever had. Absolutely amazing and so relaxing. Tanya and Pipat did a fantastic job. Highly recommend! Spa facilities are great, used them every day of our stay, clean and very calming.
