Excellent experience! This was my third time visiting the Churrascaria, and each time the experience has been outstanding. The food was delicious and very well prepared, exactly what you expect from an authentic Brazilian restaurant. The waiters were extremely kind and professional, and a special mention goes to Chef Abdelazez, who was very attentive and friendly. The restaurant manager is also very welcoming and always makes sure everything is perfect. I always come back with great pleasure — it is definitely at the top of my list as the best restaurant in the resort. Highly recommended!

Each dish was crafted with care, showcasing a variety of ingredients that complemented each other perfectly. The service was equally remarkable. Here’s a short review of Rixos Sharm: I recently stayed at Rixos Sharm and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel offers luxurious accommodations, impeccable service, and a stunning location. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the warm hospitality of the staff. One person who really stood out was Ahmet, the Oasis poolside waiter. He was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Whether it was bringing drinks promptly or offering recommendations, Ahmet made my time by the pool extra enjoyable. His professionalism and genuine smile truly enhanced the overall experience. The service throughout the hotel was top-notch — staff were always courteous, efficient, and eager to ensure guests felt comfortable. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, and the food and drinks were of high quality. Overall, Rixos Sharm exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. Special thanks to Ahmet for making my stay even more memorable!

Excellent overall experience with a very high level of attention throughout the resort. Many staff members make a genuine effort to remember guests personally, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The dining concept is excellent, offering a great variety of restaurants, consistently good food quality, and very good to excellent service once seated. The electric carts transporting guests around the resort are a real plus and make moving across the large property comfortable and convenient. Guest Relations, however, does not reflect the otherwise high service standard and would benefit from a more proactive and attentive approach. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with strong hospitality and an excellent restaurant concept.

Everything was amazing start to finish, i was looked after beautifully. The hotels wellness facilities are outstanding. I personally am recovering from cancer treatment and need to relax. The food was outstanding.As is the service of Amir Gad. He looked after us and our room so we'll. Id also like to thank Ahmed and Mahmood at the palm restaurant for being so fantastic and welcoming. The Turkish restaurant was out of this world and the staff were great..this place is honestly paradise.
