I had an excellent dining experience here. The service was genuinely attentive — fast, polite, and very professional. The team made us feel welcome from the first minute. The dishes were outstanding, especially in terms of freshness. You can clearly taste the quality of the ingredients in every bite. We tried several plates: • Sole Meunière — perfectly cooked, delicate and buttery, with a beautiful citrus balance. • Mutabel Salmon — incredibly fresh salmon paired with creamy, smoky eggplant. A very elegant combination. • Seafood Soup Alexandria Style — rich, aromatic, full of fresh seafood and deep flavors. • Grilled Whole Gilt-Head Bream — exceptionally fresh fish, tender and juicy, grilled to perfection. Overall, this place delivers top-class food with great taste and amazing product quality. Highly recommended — we will definitely come back.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough! The resort is so beautifully decorated this time of year for the lead up to Christmas. We have had a fabulous holiday, the staff are incredibly friendly and cannot do enough for you! (And extra special thank you to manager Ibraim and Chef Ahmed at Mangal restaurant who took great care of us), overall an incredible hotel filled with lots of great memories! We hope to come back and bring our family with us next time, thank you!

Spent a week at this beautiful hotel and can't find fault. Love the Xmas decorations. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Special mention to the restaurants, in particular Mangal, freshly prepared bbq food cooked at your table by your own private chef, lovely experience, cooked to perfection, very attentive staff. Would highly recommend.

E have had a lovely week at Rixos Sharm el Sheikh. The hotel facilities have been great and the staff are all very friendly and professional. The food has been excellent at the buffet and at the ala crate restaurants - we particularly enjoyed the Turkish and the buffet. A big thank you to Mohamed who cleaned room 3124 so well and was always very friendly and to the manager at the Turkish restaurant who sorted a table for us when our reservation was lost.
