Had a wonderful stay. The staff were polite, professional, and very responsive. The level of service was exceptional, and the food was varied, delicious, and of excellent quality. The health club was excellent, and special thanks go to Mr. Amr, the Health Club Manager, for his outstanding hospitality and management. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Mohamed and Shaimaa for their exceptional skill, professionalism, and expertise in massage therapy. Their service was truly outstanding.

Fantastic holiday hotel! Highly recommend with small kids, water park it’s so much fun and they have so many pools so there’s always space. Good entertainment, sometimes it seemed a little basic but other days were great. Service was amazing! Bar man, waiter, cleaners. Super friendly and great with kids. Special thanks to Michael, Ashraf and Ehab. We will be back!

I had a fantastic stay at Kiroseiz Parkland Sharm El Sheikh. The hotel facilities are excellent, with lovely pools, beautiful gardens, clean rooms, and plenty of activities to enjoy throughout the day. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help, which made the whole experience even better. A special thank you to Emily from the animation team. She is absolutely wonderful—full of energy, incredibly friendly, and always made everyone feel included. Her enthusiasm and positive attitude really made our holiday memorable, and she is a real credit to the hotel. Overall, I would definitely recommend Kiroseiz Parkland to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh. Great facilities, great atmosphere, and an amazing animation team. I would happily return!

Everything was great. The only suggestions that I can give is to fix the slippery tiles around the aquapark and less “experiences” selling inside the resort. It’s pretty frustrating when you just want to relax by the pool and every 5 minutes someone comes around selling you something. Other than that I have no complaints, food was good, drinks were good, room was always cleaned when we asked. Great experience all around.

Hotel Xperience Parkland, 3 ppl stay for 7 nights was just boring and not fun at all, this is 4th time here, so far worst hotel. Been to 4* Xperience St. George was way better for way cheaper. Cleaning: Room service was good, for 1-2$ tip, our room was clean and tidy, not perfect, but possible to stay, lucky there as cleaner was same and always smiles, cleans even after noon. Restaurant and personal there: Food was not really good, I don’t know how they do it, but food always cold, especially meat. Doesn’t matter time u come for lunch/breakfast/dinner always bad. Salads and veg always dry, can’t go bad with sweets tho. If you want to be served with cutlery, go take ur self lol, bad experience as it is. Animation team: Polina and Sultan were only ones active and doing something, totally active and fun to watch. And as for Nastya, 0 passion 0 energy, begging for good reviews, when I mean begging, I mean she don’t accept bad reviews on her team and hotel. As for entertainment it’s self, can’t say anything bad as didn’t participate anywhere, asking we never got info about it. Overall: Come back? No, obviously gonna choose different hotel for better price. I would suggest avoid if you not big fun of Russian ppl as well, I’m myself Russian speaking person, but lots of English not fun of loud ppl.
