This was definitely not my first stay at this hotel, and it certainly won’t be my last. I’ve been coming here with my family since I was a little kid, and we still choose this hotel every time we visit. It truly feels like a second home. I would like to thank every single member of the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. A special thank you to Abanoub at the reception. He is incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to help with anything. His positive attitude and excellent service really made a difference. I also want to give a special thanks to the animation team, especially Valeria. She always made sure we were having a great time, kept us updated about all the activities, and made everyone feel welcome and included. The food was amazing, the service was outstanding, and every single employee—from the newest team member to the management—deserves appreciation for their hard work and kindness. Thank you all for another wonderful stay. As always, this won’t be our last visit. We can’t wait to come back again!

The hotel is amazing, friendly staff and very helpful. The hotel is always clean and tidy and the cleaners do an amazing job. The entertainment/animation staff were brilliant and Alice was absolutely fantastic and will have a great future ahead of her.
