There is some dishonesty and exaggeration in some of these reviews. The pool is good. Drinks are fine and always available and if you want a big glass, ask for it. Our rooms were clean and the entertainment staff are engaging and fun as are most of the bar staff. Will say however, that the beach area is grim. Loungers are filthy, path from the hotel to the beach is dirty and littered with rubbish and bottles. Food is ok down there too. There is a nice chap making pizzas, which are nice and there was breaded chicken and chips and some stuff to make burgers which were generally cold and with questionable hygiene. It is easy to get a drink down there tho. Food in the restaurant is not good though. Same rehash of things day in day out. No daily staples to keep kids happy, such as pizza, nuggets and even chips. Tonight they even ruined the boiled rice with bits of rehashed shredded chicken? Why would you do that? Food is not labeled properly. A vegetarian in our group, gets by on bread and hummus because even he vegetable meals tend to have a bit of meat surprise lurking. Fruit options are not available at breakfast which is bizarre and larger groups, probably Russian tend to collect large amounts of food and fruit to hold on their tables which get binned when they don’t eat it, but it means that fruits like peaches are gone, as are entire loaves of bread. I would say a lot of this and the entertainment is geared to our Russian friends which is up to the hotel, but I’d neither return nor recommend because they are clearly cashing in on the Russian demand. Up to them. Konakli itself, is not Alanya. It is not pleasant and clean and there is not much to see. Make sure to research trips out of complex if you choose to stay here but I’d probably look to stay back up the Antalya coast or down the coast toward Alanya. Overall, a fairly sizeable thumbs down from me 👎

Quality/price is good. Food is tasteless, only the pancakes for brrakfast and the burgers for lunch had our liking. Spa service and photo service were too agressive on sales, which we experienced as a negative. Restaurant staff was very friendly

I stayed in this hotel for 7 days with my wife and two children. We are very pleased by the rooms, cleanliness, food/drinks, service and organized entertainment inside the hotel. The only serious remark is for the rocky beach but that is entirely compensated by the things I mentioned before.

Brilliant experience at this hotel. Close to beachwith a snack bar and bar, with plenty of sun loungers , close to good local shops. Hotel geared up for families, with plenty of entertainment all day and evening. The rooms were clean. The staff work so hard and are very friendly. A tip goes a long way. Yes the hotel does seemingly cater more for the Russians but wasn't a problem. The food is average just what you normally get from all inclusive but was available all day.

I have been on vacation in Konakli since June 19, 2026, and every day the sea is very dirty, with microplastics and garbage. On the beach of Xeno Eftalia resort, there is a black waste pipe leading into the sea.
