We have stayed at this hotel for the past 3 years and every time we have had a great experience, the food restaurant is very good and has lots of options the staff are very friendly and helpful, we had a waiter called YUNUS and he was amazing, he couldn’t have done more for us! . The staff all round are very friendly, The room was always clean, and up to standard with no issues at all, Couldn’t fault this hotel at all they are all amazing! This hotel is so clean there always people around everyday cleaning and making sure it’s at the standard. The island is really good for all the eftalia hotels to use that has food restaurants, entertainment, waterpark etc. There is also a restaurant across the road called Blue Shark where we would go for a drink or food sometimes that i would also recommend the food is really good and all the staff are great! There is a lot around to walk too shops, food restaurants, the beach is nearby to enjoy!

Overall a brilliant experience the staff are really friendly and welcoming, there is lots to keep all ages entertained, the kids pool area with the slides is great apart from kids pushing out full poos in the pool and getting it shut down twice in a week and it’s not slippy since they have anti slip mats. But the main pool however, has zero antislip mats and I slipped on my bum and hurt my back and so did my family I also seen a few people slip and fall. It’s not fully all inclusive they have very basic alcohol that is included but you have to pay for branded stuff and milkshakes and cocktails. The all inclusive was mainly positive but some of my food seemed a little raw or cold and most of the deserts tasted like water. The room was huge and has great AC but they were a little outdated but everything works well. Overall a great experience for me and my family. Would recommend for children.

Not fully all inclusive. Food was OK but repetitive. Alcohol drinks not very good, some of the local spirits tasted weird. No cocktails included and staff are always coming round asking for you to buy the cocktails and milk shakes. Bingo was on as entertainment one night, but you had to pay €18 euro for a strip of bingo cards. The island is nice,and the waterpark good but yet again you had to pay for nearly everything there. The food is a little bit better at the food court on the island. And the beach down there is not very nice brown sand and dirty water. Wouldn't go back.

Honestly not the greatest place ever but we still had a good time Pros: the island is great, a lot to do for everyone Staff are nice, helpful, especially entertainment team. Entertainment at night is great, lots to chose from and something different every night Pool activities, water polo, water gym etc Cons: Ants nest in one of the rooms which is disgusting! There was ants absolutely everywhere. Constantly people trying to get us to buy something, most were overpriced, too. Beside the pools was very slippery (we witnessed a woman fall and crack her head open, no staff helped even when she had blood down her back) Hotel is very noisy, you can hear the neighbours just speaking Overall, its fine but would reccomend a different eftalia hotel as the village isnt great but the island is fun

Rooms were a bit damaged and needs maintenance, everything was working fine. Pool edge and tunnel to beach was slippery although pool area had signs on the floor. The water at the beach was quite dangerous with huge rocks not far out from waters edge. Sand was extremely hot so do wear sliders. Food was same every night, I got food poisoning, waiters were kind and fast, meat was either dry or raw. Hotel was busy 24/7. Loud at night with those buggies people use to get to your room once you've booked in and due to the tiles, trolleys and carts were loud. The hotel is more semi-inclusive than advertised with some drinks not being included and some activities too.
