We have just returned from 6 nights. Check in was easy and very friendly. We were taken to our room with our bags, but one thing to be aware of, are the bag carriers won't leave your room until you give them money, they are quite demanding which did make this an awkward situation. Room was large and modern, beds super comfy. The bathroom could do with a make over, we didn't have hot water on our last day and shower did overflow on the bathroom floor. There were 5 of us staying in the standard family room, but the balcony was small and only had 2 chairs. Housekeeping don't clean the rooms, they just make the beds, fresh towels, and only restocked the fridge and coffee once. The food and drinks were excellent, but the variety was quite similar between lunch and dinner, overall food was quite repetitive. We didn't experience the ala carte restaurant as we stayed 6 nights and unable to use which was a shame. The patisserie was a big hit with the children. Drinks freshly made and no long waiting at any of the bars. Pools were excellent and nice temperature. Beach was lovely, sea temperature was perfect. The beach could do with a beach bar and snacks as you have to walk back to the main pool bar. Staff were super friendly. Entertainment was excellent! The DJ who plays after the shows did play the same setlist every night and mainly remixes which could be better. The teenage games room was a nice touch, however my daughter wanted to play air hockey and I was told to stop playing as I'm an adult, which was a little disappointing for my daughter. The location and views are stunning. The town is a short walk away with plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and markets. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and our family enjoyed our stay.

Besides everything else, we would especially like to leave a review for the à la carte restaurant Velora. The portions were unbelievably huge nothing like in other à la carte restaurants and everything was absolutely delicious! The beef ribs were especially amazing, but all the other dishes were wonderful too. We would also like to separately mention the waiter, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. Together with the chef, they even came over to ask for our opinion, which was very nice and thoughtful. Overall, we highly recommend this place! Absolutely worth visiting.

Absolutely disgraceful. The security staff were extremely rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. We were simply enjoying a day at the beach when security approached us and ordered us to leave in a threatening and intimidating manner. At no point were we using the hotel's sunbeds or any of its facilities. In fact, before settling down, we specifically asked the lifeguards if it was okay to place our towels near the shoreline, and they confirmed that it was. We even went into the hotel reception to speak with the hotel management, asking them to clarify whether the beach was actually private property. They were unable to confirm that it was, because it isn't. The beach is public, something anyone can verify before visiting. Despite this, we were still treated as though we had no right to be there. It is unbelievable that the hotel behaves as if it owns a public beach and feels entitled to drive people away from an area that does not belong to it. The way we were treated was intimidating, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. As a woman, I felt genuinely unsafe because of the aggressive attitude and the way we were confronted. If anything like this happens again, I will not hesitate to call the police. No one should be made to feel threatened for simply enjoying a public beach. I would not recommend this place to anyone. A truly shocking and deeply disappointing experience.

We've just come back from our stay at the Hydros Club Kemer and really enjoyed our stay. The location of the hotel was incredible, the views as you walk around are breathtaking. It is not a long walk away from the center of Kemer either. We stayed in a family room, which seems to have had some minor cosmetic changes (changed wallpaper and lighting fixtures), otherwise it still looks a little dated, especially compared to the rest of the hotel territory. The slightly dated rooms did not take away from the fact the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were well cleaned throughout our stay. The hotel grounds and other facilities (ie. the restaurants, bars, reception, etc) look much newer and updated. The cabanas on the pier and by the beach were also great. There are a lot of activities available to do every day, various sports, and from what we saw there were activities for kids as well. The activities vary everyday, with a lot to try. We really enjoyed the evening programmes too. All the staff there are very welcoming and professional, with a special thanks to the nighttime barman Mahmutcan! The food at the hotel was very good too, and we especially enjoyed the food at the a-la-carte restaurant Velora. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and as a family who tends to go to new hotels every trip, we would definitely consider coming back soon.

Let me start with the hotel check-in process. Our check-in was incredibly fast and handled by a very friendly team. I'd like to thank Mr. Sedat and his team for that. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and enjoy their work. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The food is truly delicious and varied. The hotel has thought of every detail to make its guests happy. I'm sure customers who book a cabana (pavilion) will be very satisfied with the service and cleanliness. Also, Mr. Mesut, who served us in the cabana, was incredibly fast and customer-focused. The evening shows are fantastic and take place in a very spacious environment. The hookah service is very reasonably priced and of high quality. A special thank you to Mr. Yılmaz for his service in this regard.
