We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious, and the selection of foods across the day were varied and delicious. The pool and beach facilities were great, with food and clean toilets available, and the staff were friendly. It was really convient getting to the beach and back with the bus shuttle, making it an easy and enjoyable day trip.

i stayed here for 7 nights, end of july. positives: good location - on the main tourists strip right next to all the shops and malls. beach isn’t too far away, 6/7 minute walk and also has a buggy service that takes you to the beach. the beach also has a beach bar for hotel guests. rooms - really nice and modern and well kept. AC is really good. desserts - the only nice desserts were the fresh cream cakes. service - was okay and housekeeping was good and cleaned. pool - slides were nice and pool was warm. bar staff - friendly. beach - beautiful beach with water sports located. spa - nice spa and indoor pool and nice staff. negatives: service - when we reached at night to check in, we were informed that there was not enough room for us, so we had to stay at a nearby hotel for the night (side story), and then were collected the next morning at 10am. bit of an inconvenience. food - not that great and lacked variety. the same stuff every day. entertainment - not good at all, they would just do a small disco every night for a few kids. there were not a lot of kids staying at the resort which is surprising for peak season. one night they did a foam party, but was excepting something like a pool party too. room views - only 20 rooms offer pool view, so you’ll most likely get a bad view of the hotel building next door, or the mall of side. beach services - showers and taps shut off at 5pm which is a bit surprising since it doesn’t get dark until 9pm. also the beach bar closes at 5pm and even the water fridge is locked. the beach buggy also stops running at 5pm. but even when the beach buggy is running, it doesn’t run often. it’s quicker to walk to the beach. beach - a bit of litter on the beach, and overall could be done up a bit. the beach area is very simple compared to the other private hotel beaches next door. kid friendly - i wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you have young kids since there were not many kids here and not a kiddy atmosphere. bar staff - most of them didn’t understand what “coke” was, which is kind of surprising. overall this hotel does the job, since it has a pool and beach and nice rooms, but it is definitely on the more simple side. not like a lavish all inclusive antalya resort that you would imagine, but you get what you pay for. also the hotel felt very quiet and lacked that fun element. no entertainment or animation team by the pool during the day doing fun games. the only staff you would see during the day are the bar staff who just stay behind the bar. it’s not very engaging.

Found in the heart of Side, Palm World offered us a incredible stay, filled with wonderful memories of the pool, food and rooms, all of which were of top-tier quality! The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring that our trip was a lovely experience. 10/10, no notes. Everything was fabulous and at a reasonable price!

Great hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms were very comfortable, the food and service from Husiyen, Murat, Mehmet and other staff members was fantastic. Would highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed. Great value for money right near the beach in Side.
