What an amazing hotel! It is kept spotless, rooms clean, restaurants cleaned as soon as someone leaves the table, poolside kept clean at all times. The multiple restaurants were excellent with plenty of choices to suit all tastes. Absolutely loads to do for children, playground, kids pool, kids club to keep them occupied. The staff were exceptionally helpful & friendly. On the evening the entertainment was absolutely outstanding from singers to DJ'S & circus acts. Beach wise, it has a private beach opposite which a large golf cart will take you if you don't feel like a 5 minute walk, once there theres plenty of sun loungers & of course the restaurant serving snacks & drinks. On arrival we had a free upgrade to an Elite room which was really kind & the view over the mountains first thing was lovely. Overall highly recommended & would definitely visit again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stayed here for 4 days, probably the best hotel ever!! The service was incredible👍 When I wanted chips they straight away gave them. The food, the food was delicious, some times I got pizza, it's not really what you want but I still had it. The bar, the bar was amazing, when I asked for the milk shake they gave it with in 10 second!! The pool was not the worst but just a bit deep and cold but it was still fun. The room, I did find a few hairs that weren't mine besides that the bed comfortable and the bathroom clean!! Thats my review of grand park Lara!

Excellent hotel with outstanding service and a wonderful atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the reception team was welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful. Guest services throughout all hotel facilities were exceptional, and every staff member was dedicated to ensuring guests had a perfect experience. The entertainment programs were excellent, with a wide variety of activities for all ages. The hotel offers an impressive range of food, facilities, and entertainment options, ensuring that everyone finds something they enjoy. What impressed us most was the staff. They work like a well-organized team where everyone knows their responsibilities and performs them flawlessly. They also support one another and respond immediately to any issue or technical problem, resolving it efficiently and professionally. We also witnessed a situation where a guest behaved inappropriately, and the hotel security team responded immediately, handled the matter professionally, and even apologized on behalf of the hotel to ensure other guests remained comfortable. For families with children, this hotel is an excellent choice. There are many activities designed specifically for children, along with food options suitable for all ages. It is also ideal for large families. The hotel has clearly paid great attention to accessibility for guests with disabilities. All pathways are wheelchair-friendly, the bathrooms are spacious and accessible, and there is a special pool lift to help disabled guests enter the swimming pool safely. Even at the beach, a dedicated chair is available to assist guests with disabilities in accessing the sea. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again in the future. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly, and truly exceptional holiday experience. One small suggestion regarding the accessible bathrooms: while the bathrooms are spacious and generally well designed for guests with disabilities, we hope the hotel can improve the floor drainage system. Some guests with limited mobility may not be able to enter the bathtub or shower area and may need to shower while seated on a toilet or shower chair. Better drainage in the bathroom would help prevent water from accumulating on the floor and would make the experience even more comfortable and accessible. Apart from this minor point, our stay was excellent, and we look forward to visiting again in the future. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a lovely stay at Grand Park Lara and felt it was excellent value for money, especially as we travelled off-peak at the end of March for one week. We went with our husband and toddler, and it was a really enjoyable family holiday. The food was great with plenty of variety, and everything—from the food areas to the restaurants—was very clean and well maintained. The children’s facilities were excellent, including a fantastic playground that our son absolutely loved. He had such a great time throughout the stay. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, including the pools, which were well looked after. There were lots of facilities to enjoy, including multiple pools and an excellent hammam in the hotel. The pool bar was also a highlight—really tasty drinks and snacks. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful, which made a big difference to our experience. Our only minor point is that the standard room was a bit small, but we managed fine as that was our choice. It’s worth noting that they do offer larger family room options. Overall, we had no complaints and would definitely recommend Grand Park Lara for a relaxing, family-friendly holiday.

Came to grand park on 5th May along with my daughter for 7nights We had a lovely time and found the hotel and the staff lovely. Plenty to choose from food wise and drinks were very good. Entertainment staff were excellent and there was always something to do. But a special mention to Erk on reception i've got to say he was absolutely fabulous he went above and beyond to help us i needed to order flowers and Erk helped me sort it out. He was always smiling and always very courteous if there was anything I needed help with Erk was there to help. Thank you Erk for helping make our break such an enjoyable one.
