We had a really nice time here. The staff are beyond helpful, almost too helpful. They are so lovely. The rooms were clean, everything was clean really. The food was always either really good or pretty good, but never awful. (Although the a la carte sushi was very very bad). The beach is very lovely (although it isn’t huge so it feels really busy just from the other guests of the hotel) but if you walk to the left there is another beach not on the resort that is not crowded and I loved it . I had a great time. My only complain was the bedsheets were not good. Scratchy and hot. Also, it is like almost 2 hours from the airport. We arrived at night, and the drive in the dark was not fun. I would never arrive after like 5pm ever again because it made the journey miserable since it was just hit and bouncy but nothing to look at.

This resort is amazing! The food, the beach, the service, the rooms, everything is top notch. The beach is nothing we have ever been to before, it is so beautiful and very calm and relaxing. There is a variety of food and it is cooked very well. Reynaldo was very kind and helped us with booking the great teppanyaki experience. The resort is calm and quiet and great for families. If I could, I would rate this resort 10/10. Thank you for the perfect holiday!

This hotel was absolutely incredible. The beach amazing, the food fantastic, the rooms beautiful. It’s a small resort and I love that. It’s not overcrowded and it was actually relaxing. The buffet is really good, great variety and Rebeca is one of the waitresses that works at the buffet and she is amazing! She is so kind, attentive and a great person to be around! She was very patient with my limited Spanish and did her best to communicate with me! 10/10 will absolutely be back! Thank you to everyone for a great vacation and Rebeca for being so lovely! 😊

We had an amazing stay! The entertainment was great every day, always something fun going on. The food was delicious with a lot of variety, and the rooms were clean and very comfortable. The overall offer of the resort is excellent – there’s really everything you need. I especially loved the yoga sessions, such a perfect addition to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Great time spent here. Very relaxing, the entertainment team was great, big thanks to them for making sure we were not bored. Francisco Brito was, by far, the most outstanding employee we had the pleasure of encountering during our stay. He was exceptionally kind, hospitable, and attentive, and he truly went above and beyond in making our trip memorable. Thoughtful gestures—such as remembering our drink orders and having them ready by dinnertime entirely on his own initiative—made us feel genuinely cared for. He was consistently welcoming, professional, and visibly passionate about his work. Francisco’s presence alone elevated our experience, and he is a true asset to your team.
