Have to congratulate David Wilson the GM of this fabulous hotel. We are staying for a week and have to say the hotel runs like clockwork - we just can’t fault it. From the facilities, amazingly comfy beds, to the excellent food quality and choice. But what really makes it a great hotel are the staff. Always on hand, never have to wave at a waiter in the restaurants for attention and all the staff throughout the hotel wear a smile, always a nod and a good morning/afternoon. Finally a very special mention to Wasim Rahaman at breakfast incredibly personable and efficient and Samir in housekeeping very friendly and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel. We will be back for sure !!

The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean, with stunning views to dubai coast and absolute comfort. The beach and pool areas were peaceful and perfectly maintained—ideal for true relaxation. Every detail reflected the high standards and refined taste the Waldorf Astoria brand is known for. Breakfast and dining (Turkish buffet in the Mezzerie Restaurant) were highlights of the stay, with excellent quality, variety, and attentive service throughout. A very special thank you to the wonderful restaurant team: Shoaib, Wasim, Kathe, Angelica, Grace, Ankur, Ravi, Malvin, Riyaz, and Santul. Your kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made every meal a pleasure. Also a big thank you to Khin from the reception, who surprised us with the most beautiful Ocean view room. Once Upon a Christmas Brunch was an absolutely wonderful experience. The food was outstanding with a huge variety to choose from — truly something for everyone. Everything was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. The service was excellent throughout the brunch, and a special mention goes to Abdu, who was especially attentive, friendly, and made sure we felt very well taken care of. Thanks to the whole team and the great management. We have never met someone so lovely like Swetlana. Highly recommended for a festive and memorable brunch experience!

This was our first time in Dubai and the Waldorf Astoria exceeded our expectations. From the time we arrived, throughout our whole stay till the end the team at the Waldorf were so accommodating and welcoming. Wasim & the breakfast team were absolutely wonderful so friendly and so accomodating, the housekeeping team were always making sure the room was serviced with fresh towels, they also decorated the room for my wife’s birthday. The pool team were always on hand for whatever we needed, Aziz was wonderful by the pool and sorting out the tennis courts. We will definitely look forward to planning another trip to Dubai and definitely will be back here at the Waldorf - Amazing service, Amazing Hotel.
