We’ve had an absolutely fantastic stay. The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean and the food has been amazing throughout, but what has really stood out is the level of service. Everyone has been incredibly friendly, attentive and welcoming. A special thank you to Raghu, Niranjan and Borzo, who have all been brilliant and really helped make our stay memorable. We had a wonderful breakfast experience at the hotel. The buffet was fresh, delicious, and had a great variety of options to choose from. What really stood out was the team — everyone was friendly, smiling, attentive, and genuinely eager to make sure the guests were happy and enjoying their experience. What truly made our experience special was the exceptional service from the staff, especially Indira from the Front Office and Roseline from the F&B department. A very special thank you to Indira, who went above and beyond to assist us when our flight was delayed. She kindly arranged an extension of our stay and made a stressful situation so much easier for us. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care were truly appreciated. We would also like to give a special mention to Roseline from F&B, who provided outstanding service and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Her warm and attentive service really stood out. The Palm Avenue restaurant by the poolside was beautiful, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the views were absolutely stunning. Overall, a fantastic experience, made even more memorable by the wonderful hospitality of Indira and Roseline. We truly appreciate everything they did for us and would be happy to return.

The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and the staff have been consistently friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout my stay. A special mention goes to Lawrence on the beach team, who has been exceptional. He has always been attentive and helpful, making sure we had comfortable sunbeds and keeping us well looked after with drinks and anything else we needed.
