I stayed for two days at Anwaj Rotana Hotel. The location is amazing, with a beautiful beach view and a very peaceful atmosphere. I felt very comfortable during my stay. The food at Horizon Restaurant was especially good and enjoyable. I would also like to thank the housekeeping team for their excellent service. However, I would like to mention one concern. A staff member named Dinil did not take proper care of our service, and his attitude was very poor. I hope he receives proper training in the future. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

From the very first moment, he was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He quickly understood our needs and arranged a beautiful room with a fantastic view. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently — the baby cot and the additional towels were delivered promptly, with great care and attention to detail. Throughout our stay, we truly felt looked after. What made the experience especially memorable was that Karim not only welcomed us with a warm smile on arrival but is also seeing us off today. This personal touch feels like the perfect ending to our time at the hotel. Great service always starts with great people, and Rotana clearly has them. Amazing stay at Amwaj Rotana – exceptional staff, food, and views I had a wonderful stay at Amwaj Rotana, and what truly made it special was the incredible staff and overall experience. A big thank you to Purity, the lobby ambassador, who was always welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. From the moment we arrived, her positive attitude and attention to detail made us feel comfortable and valued. Special appreciation goes to Amir Abduselam, the doorman, who went above and beyond his duties. He supported us with taxis, helped organize transportation, and honestly acted like a personal tour guide—always giving helpful advice and making sure we were safe and comfortable wherever we went. His support and kindness made a huge difference during our stay. I’d also like to mention Rishini, who was very polite, helpful, and professional—another great example of the hotel’s excellent service standards. The food was excellent, with great variety and quality, and the view was absolutely beautiful, especially relaxing after a long day.
