From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. He anticipated our needs before we even asked, handled every request with efficiency and a smile, and truly elevated our stay. It is rare to meet someone who combines such high-level professionalism with genuine hospitality. He is a real asset to your team, and thanks to him our experience at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Highly recommended.

We’ve stayed at the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah twice now (April 2024 and June 2025) and have already booked again for 2026. The hotel is consistently excellent. It’s spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping team clearly works very hard to keep it that way. Reception staff are friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. A special mention to Mary in the breakfast restaurant — she always makes the effort to say hello, check in on your day, and creates a really welcoming start to the morning. The pools are great, the daytime waiting staff are reliable and attentive, and the beach has a lovely view. At this point, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Dubai.

Elhamdulillah, it was a beautiful experience in this wonderful hotel, the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah. The hotel itself is modern, beautifully designed, in a very good location and offers outstanding amenities, I think it has been the most beautiful Hilton hotel that I ever experienced. The staff is simply put amazing. I would like to emphasize Karim and Anoka from the front office, who were super kind, very effective and helpful during check-in. Gabriela and Yasmina from the front office (Executive lounge area) were also very kind. My special emphasis would be on Dilara, from Guest Services. She has been amazingly kind and showed a very strong customer-orientation. I am confident that Dilara would be a strong asset to any Hotel in the industry, given her professionalism and effective processing, and hope that Hilton would recognize her talent in a timely manner, if not already done so. She is the kind of staff member, that can make a difference for customers in the Hotel industry. I would like to use this opportunity to thank you all once again for a wonderful experience. It was beautiful, Elhamdulillah :).

The hotel was great across all areas. The food, bars, beach area are all excellent and the team that work here are all very good at looking out for hotel guests. In particular Zin, in housekeeping was delightful and kept our room pristine. Vardaan in the Executive lounge was exceptional. He is always looking to help and always has a smile and a warm welcome. He is an asset to Hilton and should be appreciated. Throughout our stay we were also helped and welcomed by Princess and Rachel in the Executive lounge, they are both great. We will definitely return for the sun, food, drinks and most importantly the fantastic service.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We particularly enjoyed our day on the beach and the service was exceptional. We were looked after by Shirleen, who always made sure we had cold drinks and plenty of snacks. Shirleen was very helpful and friendly. She is a great asset to the hotel.
