This was the BEST Trip I have EVER had in my entire life! EVERYONE was soooooo helpful, positive, supportive, friendly, and especially VERY professional. Every single staff member actively did their best to ensure our happiness. My boys felt safe the whole time. My mom (for the first time) did not even have one recommendation to 'fix' anything . . . Rania Chamoun (Hotel Manager) is running the smoothest operation in the hotel for sure!!! Rania C., Ruchira B., Sabuhi G. and Gerrit S. are just a few names I was able to catch - they represent the vast majority of the entire staff (including the valet) whole were exceptional! Not only did I enjoy my stay . . . but I also started looking at my calendar to see when I could return! It felt like the days went by too fast . . . and I wish I was able to stay longer than the 22 nights that I was there :D

This hotel truly deserves more than five stars. From the calm, beautifully kept room to the exceptional food and outstanding customer service & the M. Club everything was flawless. We spent New Year’s Eve here, and the Gala was absolutely out of this world. The dining experience, featuring oysters, lobsters, an extensive dessert selection, and hot dishes was unforgettable. Paired with the spectacular fireworks, it was an experience beyond words. A few individuals that played a role to make this an unforgettable experience were Paul, Isue & Abhirup at the front desk, Gabby helping us with NYE Gala reservation & Sukhendu making sure our rooms were always kept welcoming! I would highly recommend tgis oroperty. Cant wait to come back!!!

This is our 2nd visit to the Marriott and the 1st with our 1 year old. We cannot express enough how appreciative we are to every single staff member that came in to contact with our family. Everyone was so caring, kind and spent time to chat to our little boy. The hotel itself is gorgeous, the cleanliness is outstanding and the room was perfect. We had an issue with noisy neighbours one evening and security/reception were very quick to address this and very apologetic (although not their fault!). When our son was sick, the staff made sure to continue checking in with us on how he was doing and extra cleaned our room. The kids club is welcoming for all ages and our little boy loved this, giving a safe and clean space to play and see other children. The Levantara restaurant well accommodated our needs with a dairy allergy and the chefs are happy to point out what is safe to eat. Plenty of options. Thank you for a lovely 1st family holiday and we cant wait to visit again next year!

Our stay at the Marriott was nothing short of extraordinary, and it will forever remain one of our most memorable trips. We were celebrating both our baby moon and anniversary, and the way the entire team cared for us made the experience truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived—much earlier than expected—the reception staff went above and beyond. They had our room prepared within an hour and even offered us a complimentary breakfast, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture after a long flight. It set the tone for the rest of our stay. A special mention goes to the wonderful team at Lavantera, most especially Judith and Saif. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine kindness made every morning something we truly looked forward to. They consistently went above and beyond, turning each breakfast into a delightful experience. Their smiles and thoughtful service made us feel so cared for, and we cannot thank them enough. We were also pleasantly surprised by the beautiful flower arrangement from the reservations team—another touch that made our stay feel extra special. The Marriott is already a lovely hotel, but what truly sets it apart is its exceptional staff. To Saif and Judith, thank you for making our celebration so memorable. Words can’t fully express how grateful my husband and I are for the joy you brought to our stay. You are truly amazing people, and we will cherish this experience forever. We are definitely going to miss this place and highly recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing and amazing stay. If you’re still in doubt, this is your sign to definitely book it!

Our stay at the Marriott was very mixed for many reasons. Day 1 - we checked in late, ordered room service, and went to sleep. Day 2 - my other half didn’t feel well all morning, and was sick. Throughout the rest of the day myself and both other children were sick. We don’t know if this was the food, or a sickness bug or something else. We also noticed the shower was really cold and informed the two staff members who visited our room when I enquired to see if there was a sickness bug/reports of food poisoning in the hotel. We didn’t eat food out on day 2, so it felt a wasted day. Day 3 - we had little appetite. Lily was sick everywhere at breakfast, and a fruit bowl was kindly sent up to our room. Day 4/5/6 - we had numerous issues throughout these days. I’d send two emails and had no response after feedback was requested. I spoke to guest relations and she informed me she was looking in to my email after being off sick herself! We were moved rooms, which was inconvenient but welcomed as the new room was nicer and the shower was warm, not leaving the children shivering like the previous room. However we had issues such as the room door key wasn’t working, and were told this was because we had outstanding credit on our room. We also ate at one of the restaurants and were presented with a bill, even though we were half board. It turned out the system hadn’t been updated correctly to show what board we were on the new room. Each day I was either emailing or speaking to reception/guest relations. This made the first 6 days feel incredibly stressful a frankly unenjoyable. Once this was sorted correctly, we were able to enjoy the last few days of our holiday. Sadly, 60% of our holiday was stressful, which is exactly what you don’t want.
