    I had an excellent stay at W Jumeirah. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and the rooms are modern and very comfortable. The facilities and overall service exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to Marina at the front desk. She was incredibly professional, welcoming, and always greeted us with a warm smile. She was very helpful and made our check-in and overall stay smooth and enjoyable. Her outstanding customer service truly made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

    We had a family staycation ans we had an amazing time. The rooms are spacious ( we got upgraded ) very well designed and full of world class amenities. The pool was temperature controlled and had super DJ, playing delightful music through out the afternoon. LIV - the restaurant really lived by our expectations. Live stations amazing service and very friendly team -Special mention for Romisha Tharaka Amanda Gabriella - who made us feel special. Frida Mema, Vaishnawi and Mohammed at the reception are great hosts. A perfect place to spend family holidays.

    One of the best places I’ve been to so far—10/10! What truly made this experience unforgettable was the staff. I still can’t get over how warmly they treated us. Everyone was incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful. A special mention goes to Reinalyn, who was especially helpful to us throughout our stay, and to Why, who kindly upgraded our room when we asked for a higher floor, giving us a beautiful skyline view. They constantly checked on us, asking if we were doing well or if we needed anything, even before we had the chance to ask. They made us feel like VIPs throughout our stay. The resort itself is absolutely amazing, with a luxurious and beautifully designed interior that adds so much to the overall experience. Every detail feels elegant and thoughtfully done, making the place even more special. The outstanding hospitality of the staff is what really sets it apart. Thank you all for giving us such a wonderful experience and making our visit so memorable. We will definitely be coming back!

    My stay at W Dubai – The Palm was extremely disappointing and far below the standard I expected from a luxury hotel. I stayed for two nights and arrived with my own car. To my surprise, I was charged for parking even though I was a registered hotel guest. Charging hotel guests for parking without clearly informing them in advance is unacceptable and does not reflect the level of service expected from a five-star hotel. What was even more frustrating was the meal package. I paid for a package that clearly included breakfast, lunch, and dinner. On the first day, everything was provided without any issues. However, on the second day, I was suddenly informed that I was not entitled to the meals that I had already paid for. This inconsistency demonstrates poor communication between staff and a lack of proper management. It was embarrassing to have to argue for services that were already included in my booking. For a hotel that promotes itself as a luxury destination, I expected professionalism, consistency, and respect for paying guests. Instead, I experienced confusion, inconvenience, and unnecessary frustration. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a very negative impression of W Dubai – The Palm. I hope the management takes these issues seriously, improves staff training, and ensures that future guests receive the services they have paid for. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.
