This hotel may not be very new with flashy furniture and large swanky rooms. What makes it stand out is the customer service and staff. We booked 3 rooms and requested that they be allocated together as travelling as a family. This was done at reception, no problem whatsoever. Staff were outstanding and we requested for a late check out at 6pm which was complimentary. If you don’t mind slightly outdated furniture and the smell of a fresh lick of paint, excellent food choices, beautiful gardens, outstanding service, amazing cake shop and staff that go above and beyond..this the place for you. Beach wasn’t great as cold and full of pebbles like Brighton beach, but there are 2 pontoons to dive from if needed and several pools. The spa area is spectacular and the concierge arrange everything for you including car hire and activities. We will definitely return, we have stayed in many hotels in Belek, side and Lara which have all been 5 star but this one stands out for service. We intend to return and try the Voyage in Belek next time. Service 10/10. Nothing is ever too much and they will always go above and beyond to make you happy. Highly recommend

My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights, and the overall experience was wonderful. From the first moment, the attention and service never stopped. The food was well above standard hotel quality and exceeded our expectations. For a small extra fee, they offer great à la carte restaurants. We tried the Greek restaurant; the food, atmosphere, and experience were perfect. The evening shows and concerts were high-quality performances you would happily pay for outside. Rooms and pools were perfectly clean, and the service was incredibly fast. This is a true family hotel with everything planned for kids. However, even without children, you can enjoy the 16+ adult-only areas. Note: I wouldn't recommend it for single groups or solo travelers. They assign personal assistants you can reach 24/7 via an app for instant support. Our assistants, Ms. Evrim, Ms. Buket, and Ms. Aygül, were incredibly helpful and thought of every single detail for us. One small detail: if a calm, sandy beach is a must for you, the sea here might not be ideal. It was quite wavy during our stay, so we could only swim from the pier a few times. This wasn't a big deal for us and didn't ruin our vacation at all. Highly recommended!

Our family holiday to Voyage Sorgun was a fantastic. This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed ( we have never before been to an all inclusive) . The hotel is immaculate. Check in is quick and with champagne and chocolate strawberries! Then you are taken in a little buggy to your room. On this stay our room was really spacious with a really comfortable bed . There are lots of little extras from robes to shaving kits and the L’occitane toiletries are wonderful. The room is refreshed at least twice daily but more / less if requested. All the drinks at Voyage are premium , we thought the cocktails were better ( made) in this visit than our previous in 2023. The patisserie is outstanding with macaroons, pastries and several desserts - they look beautiful and taste equally good. There are plentiful pools and sun loungers we enjoyed the pier with say beds and family pool which is actually v quiet and surrounded by pine trees and gardens. The buffet is plentiful, fresh , daily changing and without queues. We ate in the Chinese ( small extra charge ) and the that was great. My parents have just eaten in the steak restaurant and said it was incredible value and food. Our personal assistant Cemli was available day and night and so helpful and responsive available both by app and face to face. Thank you voyage - we’ll be back 😍

We (2 adults, 2 kids aged 4 & 9) had an incredible time at this wonderful hotel. Around an hour away from Antalya airport it’s setting is a large, verdant, clean, resort with bungalows dotted around the main building area making it tranquil despite being obviously popular. The staff and service are impeccable. We really appreciated the hotel app where we had round the clock support from Zhaina, Ulun and Kamila (apologies for the spelling) who answered every question promptly and helpfully. They also arranged some lovely decorations in our room and a Birthday cake for my daughters which just added to the special, personalised level of service you may not get elsewhere. QR codes at every table and sun lounger were also brilliant at being able to view menus and order drinks, food and snacks whenever we needed. There’s an array of swimming pools (including 2 indoor pools and a 16+ one we didn’t use) which were generally large and clean. The beach is a bit rocky so we spent the majority of the time in the activity and family pools which were fun and lively with classes and games taking place through the day but still spacious enough for general swimming and splashing about. The small aqua park is a nice touch and there’s a toddler pool next to it which is great for younger children. Plus, other activities which take place through the day. We tried the archery and the shooting which were well organised and fun! The kids club is also very good. Staff are super friendly and speak an impressive number of languages. We didn’t leave our kids there specifically, but they enjoyed being able to pop in and out through the day to take part in the activities and enjoying some down time to play with the toys or do some colouring after a busy day of swimming and eating! Talking of which… The food quality and options were what really stood out for us. The main buffet restaurant (Degusto) had something for everyone but it was nice to see a fresh sushi section as well as a range of changing cooked meats and seafood on different days. The service was fast, efficient, friendly with a lot of staff on standby to clean tables and offer drinks. Same goes for the pool restaurant/snack bar. Loads of options, all high quality and tasty. Cuisine24, is the 24 hour A la carte restaurant and was really good! We got to the hotel quite late on our first night so it was great to have a hot, freshly cooked meal after a long journey! But what made Voyage Sorgun exceptional for us was the freshly made chocolate and patisserie sections. Everything looked and tasted amazing! It really felt like a special holiday and we didn’t want to leave. Would highly recommend.
