We had a lovely stay at the hotel with our family and friends. The entertainment was great, the amenities were excellent, and the food was delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay and had a relaxing time together. I would like to give special thanks to Shahid from the F&B team. We stayed at the hotel two years ago, and he still remembered us, which made our visit even more special. He is very professional, friendly, and a valuable asset to the company. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

★★★★★ 10/10 Experience! We had an amazing stay at voco Monaco Dubai Heart of Europe. Everything exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious options and a wonderful live performance that created a vibrant atmosphere. The 24-hour pool was one of my favorite features, allowing us to relax and enjoy the resort at any time. The gym was well-equipped and maintained. I also appreciated the complimentary island tour, which gave us the opportunity to explore the beautiful surroundings. The food throughout the resort was excellent, with high-quality dishes and great service. The lively atmosphere, beautiful facilities, and memorable entertainment made this an unforgettable getaway. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique and luxurious experience. Definitely a 10/10!

We had a great time at voco Monaco! The staff were very accommodating, the room service food was very good, and we really enjoyed the live performances. It was a bit too hot during our visit, so we’ll definitely be back when the weather is cooler. A special thanks to Ericka for her exceptional hospitality. She was so friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate her excellent service!

Our stay at Voco Monaco World Islands was wonderful overall. From the warm welcome and extra miles service by Gul, the excellent assistance from Hussam, the attentive housekeeping team, the lifeguards, and the pool bar staff, nearly every aspect of our experience exceeded expectations. Unfortunately, our experience at La Brasserie during checkout left a disappointing final impression. FIRST IMPRESSION WITH SAYED Upon arrival, the manager asked SAYED to assist us with the menu. SAYED's initial reaction felt unwelcoming, as he looked at us and turned away without any greeting or engagement. While we chose not to dwell on this, the interaction that followed was more concerning. LAST IMPRESSION WITH SAYED When we ordered the biryani, SAYED informed us that it was AED 145 per serving and asked whether the price was acceptable. We confirmed that it was. After we ordered two portions, he again stated the total amount and asked if we were sure it was okay. We understand the importance of ensuring guests are aware of menu prices. However, repeatedly questioning whether we could afford the meal felt inappropriate, uncomfortable, and unnecessarily presumptive. As paying guests of the hotel, we expected to be treated with the same respect and professionalism extended by every other member of staff during our stay. Hospitality is not only about serving food it is about making guests feel welcome and valued. Unfortunately, this interaction did the opposite and left us with an unpleasant final impression of an otherwise excellent visit. We hope this feedback is taken constructively so that future guests can enjoy the same high standard of service throughout the property. #202 & #206
