Fantastic experience in Voco Monaco An amazing hotel, ideal for couples looking for a stylish and relaxing escape. The Côte d’Azur inspired design gives the property a unique charm and a very elegant, vacation-like atmosphere. The staff is absolutely amazing genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their level of hospitality truly stands out and makes you feel very well taken care of. The food is top quality, with excellent flavors and great presentation across the restaurants. Special thanks to Faiz, Imane, Asad, and Habib for their outstanding service and warmth. They really made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommended for couples we loved every moment and would definitely return.

Our stay at voco Monaco was absolutely amazing. The hotel is truly unique, being located on a private island, which makes the experience very peaceful and exclusive. The surroundings are beautiful, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxation. The rooms were clean, stylish, and very comfortable, and the overall design of the hotel is modern and well thought out. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always helpful, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. If you’re looking for something different from the usual city hotel, voco Monaco is a perfect choice. A unique and memorable stay—we would definitely come back and highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at voco Monaco Dubai Resort from December 30, 2025 to January 7, 2026. The resort is beautiful and very relaxing, but what truly stood out was the exceptional staff. The personnel were excellent, and their service was truly 5-star throughout our stay. Booked two rooms for my wife and my 2 adult children. The place was superb and amazing. Imagine staying in an island with full of amenities. Food were tasty and lots of options. Rooms were clean. Facilities and the activities were well thought of. Atmosphere and vibe were great. From techno music at the pool and beach side to cheerful, calm and soothing music performace at the veranda area. They got it all covered. The best part is the #Service. Front desk, Mr. Hossam was very helpful as well as Mr. Azzad. One of the best staycation ever. Thank you.

I stayed at Voco Monaco – Heart of Europe for my girlfriend’s birthday, and overall it turned out to be a wonderful and memorable staycation with a few areas that could be improved. To begin with, we had to park our car in an RTA parking area and wait for a pickup bus to take us to the ferry. It would have been much better if the property provided their own parking or allowed guests to park closer to the ferry point. Since the hotel is on an island, we had to book our ferry slot, which runs every two hours. Once the ferry started moving, the first view of the island was beautiful, a great start to the experience. There was even a floating property near the entrance that looked amazing, but it was either under renovation or booked, so we couldn’t access it. Check-in was quick and easy. They allocated us a beach and pool view room, which was incredible. Right from entering the room, we both felt like we had travelled to another country. It didn’t feel connected to Dubai or our work at all. It was the much-needed break we were looking for, truly relaxing and mind-resetting. The island feels like its own little world. They have a supermarket, salon, various restaurants, clothing stores, an ice cream shop, and more. The artificial rain street was definitely a unique and fun experience. Food was slightly expensive, but since there’s no online delivery option to the island, it’s understandable. They surprised us with a birthday cake, which was delicious and made the celebration extra special. The swimming pool area was great, and we enjoyed walking around the island. During the walk, we noticed a lot of ongoing development. Once the full project is completed, this place is going to be an epic destination in Dubai. One of the highlights for us was the fish-feeding area. Such a simple but enjoyable experience. They also offered us a late check-out, which we really appreciated. The only major downside was after checking out. We took the ferry back and then ended up waiting almost an hour for the pickup bus, which was tiring and disappointing. Better coordination or allowing guests to park closer would make a huge difference. Other than the transportation inconvenience, everything inside the island was excellent. Overall, a beautiful and unique staycation experience. Once the property is fully completed, it will definitely become one of Dubai’s standout destinations.
