Our stay at TUI Blue was acceptable overall. However, considering the value for money and the hotel’s five-star rating, things could be more organized and better maintained. We had a difficult first night after checking in late the room provided was full of mosquitoes, and it became quite hectic trying to deal with them, especially with a child. In the bathroom, we also found two medium-sized spiders and some tree worms, which is definitely not acceptable for a five-star property. Additionally, the hot water was not functioning properly. On the second day, we were given a new room, and I must say the staff were very friendly and tried their best to assist. Unfortunately, the new room had issues with the air conditioning, which wasn’t cooling properly. Despite several complaints, maintenance never showed up. the hotel itself is large, beautifully designed, and full of activities. It’s a great place for relaxation, with an amazing buffet offering a wide variety of food at both breakfast and dinner. The gym is well equipped, and the atmosphere overall is pleasant, with enjoyable entertainment every night. In summary, TUI Blue has wonderful potential and great facilities, but attention to maintenance and room readiness is needed to truly match the five-star standard it aims for.

We stayed at the resort for a total of eight nights and had an absolutely amazing time. It’s a wonderful place for children as well. The rooms were clean and tidy, and there are several restaurants offering plenty of dining options. And of course, we can’t forget the delicious cocktails they serve! We would like to give a special thanks to Rebecca and Marry, the waitresses at the Green & Grill restaurant, and to Winifrida from the beach bar. Thank you for your excellent service, warm hospitality, and the lovely conversations during our stay🤍 We would definitely recommend this resort to everyone, and we would be happy to return!

We stayed here for four nights and were so positively surprised – the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way! The whole area is lush, green, and beautifully maintained, with lots of plants and cozy paths. There are two lovely pool areas with plenty of sunbeds, and the beach is stunning (though affected by the tides, so you can’t swim all day – good to know). Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel offered lots of fun activities. The food was excellent – especially the breakfast buffet, which had an amazing selection. The absolute highlight was the staff. Everyone we met was so friendly, kind, and genuinely caring. Our bed was beautifully decorated when we arrived, and everyone greeted us with a smile. Special thanks to Audax in the pool bar, who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, and to Yahya, who cleaned the pool restrooms and decorated the sinks with flowers and lovely messages – such incredible attention to detail! That level of care and thoughtfulness was unmatched anywhere else during our three weeks in Zanzibar. Truly a wonderful stay!

This is an absolutely beautiful and magical place and deserves no less than 5 stars. My wife booked Tui Blue for my birthday and they made an effort to make it special. The location and scenery at Tui Blue is so beautiful. It prides itself on luxury but what I loved about it was the local touch. The best sunrise I have ever experienced was here. It's something words cannot describe. The food is amazing at every restaurant. I have not tried the food at the Breeze but all the other restaurants offered a wide variety, catering for every taste. The staff are amazing, helpful and super friendly, especially in the restaurants. They always greet you with a smile and make a point to get to know you on a personal level. I think that they can in some way improve on their front desk management side, however, overall they go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasant one. We did not want to leave the establishment and now we cannot wait to return.

We had our honeymoon here, stayed for 2 weeks and it was an excellent experience, all of the staff were amazing! The rooms were excellent, the food is exceptional, we literally have nothing negative to say about this hotel, they made our honeymoon very very special. A few of the outstanding staff to mention were Simon, Audax, Deborah and Helen, all 4 took time out their day, each day to talk and make us feel comfortable and welcome. As I said all staff were amazing but these 4 stood out for us. Also a special mention to the TUI rep, Ally, he made our stay unforgettable and made our honeymoon amazing!
