Jut left after a week here. Pros: staff very friendly and accommodating. Great location. Decent size room. Great pool. Cons; very basic. Lacking a few basic things you would expect from any hotel (shampoo, hand towel, ice machine, bedspread), noisy neighbourhood. I would go again but important to be aware of those things. Most important to note is the restaurant on site is not affiliated either the hotel. I do not recommend this place. Drinks are extremely expensive, especially compared to the 6 bars within 100m of the hotel. The service was friendly but the food was really lacking. I gave them 2 attempts and the second was worse than the first. Really too bad, lots more people would stay for drinks there but it is really disappointing.

Let me get the positive out of the way. The he location is really good. The rooms are basic but clean and good value for the price. Now, the give NO WASHCLOTHS. I have never heard of this in my life. Then the front desk said “most hotels are not given washcloth anymore” I said lady I have never heard of that in my entire life and I’m an avid traveler, but this was a HUGE inconvenience. We had to go down the street at night looking for a convenience store to get a washcloth. We ended up at our third location getting a loofah which is better than nothing but why should I have to do that if I’m at a hotel and I’m paying a washcloth is the minimum that’s very basic accommodation. The second thing is someone that was with us something fell through with the hotel. They tried to book a room here it was around 11 PM number one they said no Secretaries or the person that can help us is not available at this point and the lady that was there tried to help us, but she did not have a master key or a way to get us in a room so basically they had rooms available but they had no keys to get in the room. That is unacceptable and not how you do business. So they basically let money just go out the door who does that.. stay here if you want, but to me it’s a very basic accommodations to get washcloth and anybody that come through the door anytime should be able to get a room if it is available that is what I’m used to those basic standards.

Value for money at this hotel. Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. The service was excellent and the staff are amazingly helpful and efficient. Great location on the St. Lawrence Gap where everything you need is closeby: beach, bars, restaurants

Good value for money. This hotel offers a decent stay with a great location close to lively spots. Considering the price, it’s a reasonable option, though the facilities and staff responsiveness are somewhat limited. The infrastructure is good, but service and amenities are average. Overall, our stay was pleasant.

I can’t really find a problem with this hotel. First time staying and the staff have been absolutely great! Helpful from start to finish. Great location! Stone throw to the beach, they have leaflets for local excursions you can book online, I would advise browsing to compare prices. Make sure they do hotel pick up and drop off! The restaurant on-site is an independent restaurant but have nice food $$ and staff are friendly. Time out is local to other restaurants and bars and a mini mart and atm. (ATM charges so be careful!) Great experience I had with my cousins and would definitely come again. Also free WiFi
