Excellent location, very nice clean room with a partial sea view. Beautiful beach, we saw turtles hatching. Staff all very pleasant and location perfect whilst feeling very safe. My only criticism is the sunlounger situation. Some people reserve beds from 6am and then don’t sit on them for hours. Please buy more umbrellas and beds so that they’re laid out similar to le Roy next door. Would definitely recommend this hotel if this is fixed.

Love it as always and I need to tell everyone about the spa next door Blank Canvas The Spa. The best massages, pedicures and facials in thr gap and Barbados. Thet say the manager is the friendliest in the gap. Kiesh is knowledgeable and accommodating. It is excellent I cannot stop recommending it. Massages are 85 bajan

We stayed here for our honeymoon in August 2025 and it was amazing. Lovely rooms, great staff and right on the beach. Awesome sunsets too. Never ate here as like to try different places but there are nice restaurants and cafes nearby. Got the local bus most days into Bridgetown which was only 3.50 Barbados dollars each way. Crazy drivers but good fun. Everyone so friendly. We also caught the bus to Oistins fish fry on the Friday night. Great food, music and drinks.

We are currently here now as our vacation has come to an end we have had the most amazing time ever loved every single moment, staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing very clean the beds are so comfortable, air con even beach towels available. Food is excellent. Restaurants on the front and local supermarket we will definitely be returning thank you for such an enjoyable stay from the green family

Fabulous stay at this hotel staff are amazing can’t do enough for you.big mention for corie & richard at reception both fountains of knowledge & ready to help at all times.location is fantastic right on the gap with bars/restaurants all close by 5-10 mins walk.stunning beach front location rooms all very clean & well kept.look slightly dated but feel should be regarded as authentic.if looking for somewhere on south side this is your place.i researched for months about best hotel/area to stay & this hotel/area did not disappoint.food & service top drawer.great work everyone at southern palms keep the standards going thanks
