Great room. WiFi excellent. Hotel was clean and tidy. Small beach attached to hotel was great. Location was good for Oistins. . Staff at hotel were mostly disinterested and the male on reception downright rude.Dined in restaurant twice food was good.Overall enjoyed stay and would go back in the future.

Not great service unless you tip. I have just returned, December 25. The room had a roach. Loud guests next door. They refused to move me. I requested it three times. This is a self-catering establishment with a bar and shop. We were given gluten-free; they provided good pasta, that's it. Go to Massey's supermarket; either use the local bus or Uber. It was an okay holiday; I preferred the beach at Sea Breeze, and the beds were far more luxurious. Staff unless you tip are not friendly.

Not bad overall for the price. Staff weren't all that friendly. Was quite turned off by staff helping me hire car for few hours. One lady set it up, then cancelled 5 minutes before checkout. Next staff found someone who wanted to charge double the first one. Poor way to help guests.

Fantastic stay and lovely staff, very friendly and accommodating. The amenities, pool was fantastic! Made use of the longer swimming pool so I could do some serious swimming. Room was brilliant, air conditioning was a huge help. Restaurant food options were limited and didn't take cash and so we mostly ate out. Overall fantastic stay

Fabulous small hotel with the option of B&B, full board/half board or self catering. The room for 2 was a great size. View was ok but didnt spend much time there apart from after dark. There's a bus stop to the right of the entrance and plenty of ZR buses to take you anywhere on the island. A good sized pool for all ages, and a separate lane pool for adults only. 2 beaches either side of the back of the hotel, 2 sun decks and an added bonus of 3 whirlpools. There is a gift shop on site, which although small is stocked with pretty much anything you could wish for, from gifts for all ages to basic medications. The rooms were serviced each day and all had air conditioning and a TV, an iron and ironing board and a safe. Plenty of storage room for clothes too.
