Our stay at The Waters was perfect from start to finish. The hotel is close to bars, restaurants, and the beach. The room was clean and well laid out, with direct access to the pool. The pool and grounds were clean and well managed. Breakfast at Amici restaurant was good with a decent and eclectic choice of food. All staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. We'd happily stay there again.

Stayed at the waters Khao Lak for a 10 day break in a swim up room. The resort is clean and tidy close to the beach, restaurants and the local night markets. From our initial checking in, dealing with wait, bar staff and house keeping everyone was friendly and helpful. It was close to nearby tourist attractions, water falls, bamboo rafting and Khao Lak elephant conversation. All resort meals were generous in size and very tasty. The main restaurant offers largely Italian meals but we chose to eat Thai and were well looked after, careful if you ask for spicy. I would highly recommend the waters resort to friends for a Thai holiday getaway.

I had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, making me feel at home straight away. The room was beautifully presented—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with every detail clearly considered. The staff were incredibly attentive and extremely kind, always going above and beyond to help with anything I needed. The facilities exceeded expectations, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was both relaxing and luxurious. Everything ran seamlessly, and any requests were handled quickly and professionally. It’s rare to find a place that delivers such consistently high standards across service, comfort, and experience. I would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional hotel experience.

From arrival to checkout, the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, their warmth immediately put us at ease. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the grounds, gardens and the pools. Our room was large, spacious, clean and well equipped with clean towels, bedding, water and a functioning air-conditioning unit that helped to keep us comfortable. The restaurant was excellent with a wide and varied selection of tasty foods. The hotel situation is close to everything, just a few minute walk to the beach, the night market, shops, bars and restaurants, and if you like the Thai Boxing, the arena is within easy walking distance too. The staff work exceptionally hard to ensure your stay is memorable for the right reasons and we can't praise them enough. We highly recommend The Waters and hope to return again next year.

I stayed at The Waters Resort for 10 days and thoroughly loved my stay. The reception staff were so warm, helpful and always willing to help and went above and beyond anytime I needed help. In fact, every staff member was exceptional and everyone always said hello with a huge smile. I loved the pools, the gym, the billard area and also that there were books one could read during your stay. It was great that one could use the showers complimentary once you had checked out and used the facilities before being picked up to go to the airport. The location was exceptional and close to the beach, restaurants and the market. I will be coming back.
