We have had a wonderful 28 days stay at Outrigger Resort Khao Lak. The resort is wonderful, especially for families with kids, it is tranquil and the pool and beach area is very beautiful since it's embedded into palm and pine trees so that you can always find a place in the shadows. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable, the breakfast is nice with lovely people making sure you have everything you need, even knowing exactly what you like after a couple of days, Mai, Lin, Note, Kai, Dee, Kitty and Phit have been very kind to us. Our personal highlight was the Kidsclub with a lot of fun activities, our kids loved it there. Prae, Omelet, Nong, Kook and Au have been so warm and welcoming with the kids, they felt safe and welcome from day one. At the beach, As, Tum, Bae and Shane have been great providing us with towels and they have been playing beachvolleyball and soccer with the kids, always making sure everyone feels including and seen. On arrival Pim upgraded us to an even larger room which as a beautiful gesture. All these lovely people (and of course everything working in the background like housekeeping, whom we haven't met or forget to mention) make this resort a jewel in the Khao Lak area. Our family stayed at the resort for two weeks, and this was our second visit. We returned because of the beautiful, peaceful beach and the exceptional staff. The staff truly make this resort special. They go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome. A special thank you to the wonderful team at the kids’ club—especially Omelet, Kitty, and Prae—for making our children feel so loved and entertained. Breakfast offers a good selection of fresh fruit, eggs, and a variety of hot dishes each day. However, the breakfast could be more inclusive by offering a wider variety of options to cater to different tastes and dietary preferences. There is also room for improvement in the salad and cheese selection as it was quite basic, and adding a selection of nuts would be a welcome addition. The fruit was always fresh and delicious. A special mention goes to Kung, who was the highlight of every breakfast. Her eggs were excellent, she remembered everyone’s orders, and always served them with a smile and genuine enthusiasm. The rest of the breakfast team and chefs were equally attentive and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beach is simply stunning. We look forward to visiting again soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Outrigger Khao Lak Beach Resort. The hotel is beautifully located right on the beach, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. What impressed us the most was the staff. They were constantly attentive to the guests and always one step ahead. Their level of service was outstanding—everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay as enjoyable as possible. We truly felt welcomed throughout our holiday. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious food. The only small area that could be improved is the poolside restaurant, which felt a little plain and cafeteria-like in terms of its atmosphere and décor. However, this was more than made up for by the excellent food, which was consistently delicious and of a very high quality. Overall, this was an exceptional experience, and we would gladly return. We highly recommend Outrigger Khao Lak Beach Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with first-class service.

Amazing hotel and facilities. The staff are so friendly and can’t do enough. The hotel is right on the beach. The rooms are wonderful and spotless. You can even place orders for food, drinks, towels, soap etc via the hotel app. Very hospitable and lovely people. Games room, kids club, daily activities for kids and also adults such as Muy Thai Boxing Class, cooking, beach volleyball and much more. Location is perfect and quiet but still near shops and restaurants and taxis on demand at all times. Highly recommend!

A beautiful, cozy, and absolutely delicious place that makes you want to come back again and again! The price and quality are perfectly matched! The service and attitude of the staff deserve the highest praise! The beachfront restaurant amazed us with its variety of dishes, all of which were simply incredibly delicious! The live music during dinner was so elegant and captivating that we didn’t just have dinner — we truly relaxed and enjoyed ourselves. The volume was comfortable, and the singer’s voice was mesmerizing 🙏 We even sang along! We came to Khao Lak from Phuket with friends to celebrate a birthday, and the celebration turned out wonderfully! For that, I’m grateful to the entire hotel staff 🙏
