Apsara deserves 5 stars! We booked this hotel for two weeks. Our tour operator, when offering this hotel, failed to mention that the "all-inclusive" option operated during peak and low seasons. We were therefore surprised that we could only use the all-inclusive option with a buffet and not à la carte, as it was peak season. This was extremely frustrating for us; we weren't prepared for this. We immediately contacted our tour operator and the hotel management. Unfortunately, our tour operator didn't offer a solution (very frustrating!). Fortunately, the hotel did notice our disappointment and, on their own initiative, gave us a FREE upgrade to a Jacuzzi Villa. This allowed us to dine à la carte every day! This is, of course, a considerable concession from the hotel. You immediately notice that they do everything they can to ensure their guests have a wonderful time! TOP-NOTCH SERVICE! My tip: book a Pool/Jacuzzi Villa and fully enjoy the all-inclusive experience! About the hotel itself: very clean, very quiet, good location, friendly staff, beautifully landscaped garden and pool, delicious food, and they do everything they can to make you feel at home! That last point is quite important.

We stayed here for our honeymoon in March (a massively delayed review!) and honestly, a piece of my heart was left in this hotel. We stayed on the villa side, and from start to finish it was absolutely incredible. I have stayed in a lot of hotels, but never — ever — anywhere like this. It makes every other hotel feel second-rate in comparison. Everything was perfect: the setting, the atmosphere, the staff, the little touches that made it so special. It truly is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. We were originally going to book the Maldives, but chose here instead — and I have zero regrets about that decision. I will definitely, definitely be back. If you’re thinking about booking, just do it. You won’t regret it.

Nice and beautiful resort, comfortable bed and clean. We reserved hotel room but there had only 2nd floor but my mom can’t take the step then they up grade us to jacuzzi villa!! Great breakfast and good complementary coffee. A lot of choice for breakfast nice vibe for dining area but one thing is the beach a bit far for old people to walk but they have golf car to service. Beach full with people surf so it’s not matching with people who love the quiet place but all is good!

Just got back home from a 2 week stay at this beautiful resort. This was my second time staying here after previously staying in may 2024. It is so amazing, the stuff are perfect they are so helpful and always smiling, you can see the hard work they put into this place. I stayed in the villa room and it was perfect very nice room. The restaurants was really good with amazing options on their menu from traditional Thai food to other things like pizzas, burgers and your nice fish and chips. I will 100% be back again, this is strongly my favourite place I’ve been too. Thank you for your amazing hospitality.

Lovely resort really friendly and helpful staff. Noting is too much trouble and they keep checking on you.. The room is lovely spacious and clean.. Food is good but they do try to avoid wastage, so not as many choices as some all inclusive resorts but I am in favor of stopping wastage.l, and not over eating. Lovely beach to walk or run along. The infinity pool has some jacuzzi areas and a water slide. I have only been here a sort time but the staff and the beach really make this place. It is a little way from any towns. There is a shuttle bus and trips you can organise .if you want a beautiful beach and great staff this is the place.
