Really nice hotel with a view of the canal from the room. Everything is exceptional here. There are multiple restaurants and cafes on site. Moreover there's a really nice infinity pool with poolside dining and also a sauna. Very walkable and pretty close to the Dubai mall and other attractions. I love their breakfast as well, I've traveled a lot these past few years and have had breakfast at many different establishments and the breakfast I've had here at St. Regis is second to none. There's a good spread and a ton of options to choose from whether you're diet conscious and wanna eat healthy or have got a sweet tooth and are an adventurous eater.

We recently stayed at The St. Regis Downtown Dubai, and honestly, I’ve always wanted to experience this hotel — every time something came up and plans changed, but this time, thankfully, it finally happened. The room was spacious, the view was beautiful, and the location is absolutely perfect. There were a few small notes regarding room service, but the quick response and genuine care from the management team completely turned our stay into an amazing experience. Mr. Jamal was the first to notice my slight disappointment — he personally approached me, asked if something was bothering me, and truly listened. He genuinely cared and insisted that my experience must reflect the true St. Regis standards — more than 5-star service. Shortly after, he informed Ms. Carolina (the Duty Manager), who came to speak with me herself. She was incredibly kind, professional, and thoughtful, and her warm attitude represented the hotel beautifully. Thanks to Mr. Jamal and Ms. Carolina, I can truly say the hotel isn’t just 5-star — it’s beyond 5 stars. Their sincerity, attention, and care made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Thank you both — it was an absolute pleasure meeting you.

Every time I stay at The St. Regis Downtown Dubai, I am even more impressed than before. Through the years, they have always made my satisfaction their top priority. No matter how difficult my request might be, the team goes out of their way to make it happen with care and professionalism. This hotel truly feels like my second home – the atmosphere, cleanliness, attention to detail, and excellent service always give me comfort and peace of mind. With every stay, my experience only gets better, which shows their constant passion for excellence. The staff are not only professional but also very warm and attentive, making every interaction special. One of the best hotels i've every stayed at. The rooms are spacious, incredibly well designed, and the canal views are beautiful. Service across the hotel was excellent, really felt looked after the whole time. I celebrated my birthday here and was welcomed with cake and balloons in the room that made the stay extra special. The pool is a must, at night the views are insane, probably my favorite part of the stay. Also want to give a shoutout to Habib at Basta. He was super welcoming and made the dinner experience even better. Overall, great stay and would definitely come back.

One of our favorite hotels in Dubai. One of our favorite hotels we've stayed at around the world. Great location. Great views but mostly we loved the room. Spacious with amazing views of the water. Huge bathroom and shower. Large closet to organize your things. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Everyone went above and beyond. Breakfast was one of our highlights every morning. I do recommend you include this in your booking as it can be pricy à la carte. Food They have 2 amazing restaurants onsite and you can also order delivery in apps as well. Basta was our favorite. Location You are so close to downtown to see Burj khalifa, Dubai Mall, the Sook etc... But also close to a lot of things to see and do. Very easy to get a car. I hope helps.
