Excellent location with tons of shopping and food options within distance. Very posh and safe area for walking late at night. The breakfast was just okay. The grounds in front and in the back of the hotel are stunning, breaktaking landscaping. Lastly, the customer service from the security, front desk, and housekeeping services were exceptional. Housekeeping went beyond with thoughtful gestures, shout out to Krishna and Akio! Valet was patient and professional coupled with kindness. They were great in mid summer with 64 percent humidity and the same for the night crew. We were greated by smiles everywhere and that is how you get loyal customers! Shout out to Fawad, Faisal, and the security guards from Kenya; they take pride and honor in their work. Be sure to tip these housekeeping and Valet! We'll be back just because of the service!

We stayed several times in Ritz-Carlton. The beach is good, broad and long.The water used to be clear. Now it’s milky as there are too many constructions around. Breakfast is one of the best. Here you can find fresh berries, cottage cheese, gluten free options, pancakes, salmon. Everything is fresh and delicious. The service is excellent. Once we were given complimentary breakfast for our stay, which was very generous from the hotel staff. The concept of low rise building in Dubai is not often to see, so this project is unique. The restaurant with Middle East food is delicious. The Italian Splendido used to be better. The pools are deep and have generous sizes, great for kids. There are falcon shows for kids. And there is a sports ground with different equipments for kids which is cool. Definitely a great place to stay.

While we are still relaxing by the pool and enjoying every moment of our stay, we felt it was the perfect time to share how truly wonderful our experience at this hotel has been. From the very first moment, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. We are incredibly grateful to every single person working at the hotel for creating such a warm, relaxing, and positive atmosphere that makes guests feel completely at home. Our room has everything we could possibly need, and we were so pleasantly surprised by the beautiful welcome treats — the fresh fruit and delicious cakes were such a thoughtful and lovely gesture that immediately made our arrival feel special. The pools are spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfect for both relaxation and family fun. We especially appreciate how many activities and entertainment options there are for children, which makes this hotel an amazing choice for families. One of the most creative and heartwarming ideas was the stamp collecting activity across the different hotel facilities. Our child absolutely loves collecting stamps from the various locations and was so excited about the reward at the end. It is such a thoughtful way to make children feel engaged and included, and it creates beautiful memories for the whole family. We have also completely fallen in love with our little terrace, where we spend peaceful mornings enjoying our first coffee of the day. Those quiet moments, combined with the beautiful surroundings and relaxing atmosphere, have honestly become one of our favorite parts of this vacation. Everything here feels carefully designed to make guests feel happy, relaxed, and special. The attention to detail, kindness of the staff, cleanliness, comfort, and overall atmosphere truly deserve the highest praise. Thank you once again to the entire hotel team for making our stay so memorable. We are genuinely enjoying every second here and already know that these will be memories we will talk about for a very long time.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional level of service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality. Everything about this hotel is designed with elegance and taste. The staff are highly professional, welcoming, and always focused on making sure guests have an unforgettable experience. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options, and the beautiful green surroundings, spacious pools, and relaxing atmosphere make this hotel truly special. The Ritz-Carlton Dubai fully deserves its five-star reputation. The quality of service, the facilities, and the overall guest experience are all at the highest level. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return again.

I stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai (JBR) and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is beautiful, especially the outdoor area. There are around 3–4 swimming pools, providing plenty of space to relax and enjoy. It is also very family-friendly. There is a dedicated children’s pool, a water slide, as well as swings and playground equipment for kids. The hotel also has two dart boards 🎯, which are a fun activity for guests. The beach is lovely, and there are several bars conveniently located around the property. One of the bars is a great option for guests who want to watch major sporting events such as the World Cup. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although some of the furnishings and fixtures are a bit dated. That said, it’s understandable, and you can’t expect the design and décor to be the same as those of newly built hotels. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a wide variety of delicious options. All of the staff were polite, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, it’s a very good hotel and definitely worth visiting more
