I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at Jou Jou Restaurant at Four Seasons Resort Jumeirah Beach, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. A special thank you to Daria and Rafiq, as well as the Outlet Manager (whose name I unfortunately forgot), for making my day so memorable. Their warm hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the team was attentive, welcoming, and proactive, ensuring every detail of our dining experience was perfect. Their service was exceptional, and they surprised me with a beautiful complimentary birthday cake, which made the celebration even more special. It was a thoughtful gesture that my wife and I will always remember. The level of attention and care shown by the entire team was outstanding. Every staff member was friendly, efficient, and always one step ahead, creating a truly luxurious dining experience. Thank you to the Jou Jou team for giving me a birthday filled with wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for exceptional food, impeccable service, and genuine hospitality. I can’t wait to return!

Wonderful stay at Four Seasons Resort Dubai. The staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we need. What truly stood out was the outstanding level of personal service. The chef personally came to our table to ask our children if they were enjoying their meals and whether there was anything else he could prepare for them.
