Always very well welcomed. Excellent cleanliness and outstanding service. We experienced a few issues with our room, including a fire alarm and an actual fire on the same floor. The team handled the situation perfectly and upgraded us to a better room. They took care of everything, including packing our belongings and moving them to the new room while we were out, with our full authorization and coordination via WhatsApp. This truly demonstrates a very high level of service. We also received small treats as a thoughtful gesture. The beds are extremely comfortable. Overall, an excellent experience.

This was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The St. Regis Dubai sets the bar incredibly high. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, and the level of service was absolutely spotless (truly exemplary in every sense). What made the experience even more special was the personal attention. The manager took the time to speak with me directly to ensure I was 100% happy, which made me feel genuinely valued and cared for as a guest. I left feeling relaxed, appreciated, and already wanting to return. Honestly, I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Dubai. Highly recommended.

We had a memorable one-night stay at The St. Regis Downtown Dubai. The attentive staff made us feel well taken care of, especially the Butler service, a hallmark of the St. Regis Hotels. The hotel’s prime location in the heart of Downtown Dubai was unexpected. Despite the bustling city, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s tranquility. While we didn’t get to experience the pool or spa, the dining options were fantastic. Breakfast at Basta offered an impressive spread, and their Pizza Night offer was particularly enticing. We’re definitely planning a longer stay in the future.

I would like to sincerely thank all the staff at The St. Regis Downtown for their warm welcome and excellent service. This was my third stay at the hotel, and once again, the experience was amazing. I would especially like to thank Skanda and Alessandre for their outstanding hospitality. They were extremely friendly, polite, and always eager to help. They constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed, which truly made me feel valued and relaxed. Having staff with such professionalism and kindness really makes a difference. They went above and beyond to provide everything exactly the way I like it—and even more. I would also like to thank Sheraz, the luggage porter, for being very helpful, kind, and professional. He assisted me with my luggage in a very respectful and caring manner. I truly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for making my experience so special.

If you stay at St Regis you expect nothing less. Just glad to see that their service is exactly what you expect from a five star hotel like st Regis. You just can’t find anything to complain about. Only tip is book this through an Amex platinum if you have on the Amex travel so you get upgraded to an even better room than what you pay. We got a little sick on this trip so ended up staying in the room a lot, but the room is so nice you actually enjoy just chillin it it :)
