This was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The St. Regis Dubai sets the bar incredibly high. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, and the level of service was absolutely spotless (truly exemplary in every sense). What made the experience even more special was the personal attention. The manager took the time to speak with me directly to ensure I was 100% happy, which made me feel genuinely valued and cared for as a guest. I left feeling relaxed, appreciated, and already wanting to return. Honestly, I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Dubai. Highly recommended.

An Exceptional Week – Impeccable Service! My wife and I recently spent a week at The St. Regis Downtown Dubai, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, the hospitality was world-class, making our stay truly memorable. The hotel itself is stunning— gorgeous views of the Dubai Water Canal. While the property is beautiful, it was the incredible staff who made our stay so special. Two gentlemen in particular deserve a massive thank you: Ahmed at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. His professionalism, warm welcome, and attention to detail set the perfect tone for our entire week. He made us feel valued and looked after from day one. Jamal was an absolute delight. Every single interaction with him was brightened by his infectious positive energy and genuine kindness. He was always one step ahead, helping us with a smile and making us feel right at home. The dedication to service shown by Ahmed, Jamal, and the rest of the team is exactly why the St. Regis brand stands out. We had a wonderful, relaxing week and cannot wait to return. **Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great hotel and genuine hospitality in Dubai!**

A fantastic experience at The St Regis Downtown Dubai. Rooms are magnificently sized, the attention to detail is exemplary and the service is simply superb. There are too many names to mention but two that come to mind are Anthony at the Concierge desk for being so unbelievably kind with his suggestions and Sanjay in the breakfast area for providing a first rate service. My only criticism of this hotel is that they need to step up their breakfast offering (it’s too simple and basic for a 5 star hotel) and that the bedrooms require increased lighting. Putting these two points aside I would have absolutely zero hesitation in recommending this wonderful hotel. Thank you again!

Absolutely amazing stay at the St Regis Downtown Dubai. The rooms were amazing, food and facilities 10/10, but what made my stay one of the most best experiences I’ve ever had was the amazing staff who go out of their way to service you. I would particularly like to thank all the team in particular Jeff Soco from the guest experience team who looked after me with prompt service and attention to detail. I highly recommend the St Regis for your next stay when visiting Dubai.

only stayed here for a 20 hour layover but OMG it was simply amazing. The bed alone is a cloud of heaven that lures you in. Very clean and contemporary. Fantastic room, bathroom, shower, etc. The service was above and beyond from the front desk to room service. I would definitely come here again.
