We had a great time through our stay at Seminyak Beach and Spa Resort. The staff were very welcoming, kind and generous. The children enjoyed getting involved in the activities in the hotel which are all about the Balinese culture - playing instruments, creating an offering to the gods and taking part in a march around the hotel. The pool is lovely BUT it seems children who spend too long in the pool will end up with cuts on toes and fingers. This is due to the temperature of the water so carry plasters with you even though the staff do have them too. The breakfast was always lovely and the staff he to you know by name and go above and beyond for any dietary/allergy needs. Both Nika and Epi were great, Erikson who was a manager was always making sure things were as expected. The kids enjoyed the buggy rides to the garden building with Adit. The rooms were beautiful and we were upgraded to an interlocking room after its maintenance was finished. The pool in this garden building is more private and afternoon tea is complimentary from 2-4pm.

Our stay was truly memorable. The villa was beautiful, clean, and perfectly prepared for our honeymoon. A very special thank you to **Aussie** for her outstanding service and kindness. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable — especially for arranging the flower pool decoration in such a short time. It was absolutely perfect and made our experience truly special. Exceptional Service and Warm Hospitality From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with flower garlands and a warm smile at the lobby. The hospitality shown by the receptionist, Ms. Uma, was truly impressive. She provided a clear and helpful explanation about the resort and personally escorted us to our room, giving a brief yet detailed introduction of the room facilities. The following morning, Ms. Uma once again made us feel welcomed by greeting us during breakfast at the restaurant and kindly reminding us about our scheduled photo session. Her attentiveness and genuine care made a lasting impression. Overall, our stay at The Seminyak Resort and Spa was an exceptional experience, showcasing the true essence of Balinese hospitality. Highly recommended for those seeking comfort, warmth, and excellent service in Seminyak.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and made us feel at home from the very beginning. A special thank you to Uma, Tari, Lusi, and Desi — they were incredibly kind, helpful, and always in a great mood. They were not only attentive and professional, but also always open for a joke, which made our stay even more enjoyable. On top of that, they even taught us a few words in the Balinese language, which was such a lovely and personal touch. Thanks to the amazing team, our stay was unforgettable. We would happily come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bali.

By far the best hotel or resort in have stayed in. The staff are absolutely wonderful, so friendly, always smiling. The grounds are immaculate and the food is heavily. We stayed in a garden pool villa which was amazing. Special thanks to our villa hosts Aussie and Tude who were so helpful in booking taxis and restaurants, making sure our stay was superb. They did so much to help us it was incredible. The infinity pool was awesome, perfect temperature, great food and drinks and attentive staff. I cannot represent in words how wonderful our stay was. Amazing. I highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Seminyak. Jason and Jessica.
